I have been pretty happy with the salon until last...

I have been pretty happy with the salon until last 2 times, I felt like I got $10 hair cut for paying $60 plus tips. Especially last time 3.5 weeks ago, I was in and out the salon within 25 minutes with waiting time, shampoo, cut and blow dry. I left with a very bad hair cut, till today I am still debating whether I should have a different hairdresser to fix it. I am very easy customer and Just a simple trim with some layers on top. How hard that could be?
