I am very inexperienced when it comes to hair, so most of the time I am overwhelmed when trying new hair salons. I felt very comfortable, and my stylist Riley did an awesome job cutting my hair! They are very efficient and make sure you leave satisfied. I will definitely be back!

I've been going to Joseoh Anthony for years. I've had pretty much every service they offer including services at the med spa. I go very 4 weeks for my hair and am never disappointed. Sean is new and has done wonders with my
baby-fine hair. Very pleased.

I feel safe from Covid here because all caution is taken in following the guidelines. The staff is friendly and the stylists exceptional.

Amazing facial and soft pack experience.
Rocio took the time to educate me about my skin during my facial. I got more information than I have at the dermatologist. I inquired about the softpack and she was able to arrange for me to have one even though the salon was closing soon. It was an incredible experience of weightlessness, relaxation, warmth, and moisturized skin.
She was so helpful and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured to get moving. Best money spent! I feel so relaxed and refreshed and it s the best spa experience I ve had in a very long time.

I went from blonde to brunette and the outcome was perfect! I am always pleased leaving the shop when Nina is finished!

My stylist (Carlee) is amazing! I was a little concerned about wearing a mask for a haircut. It didn t interfere with the quality of the cut or my experience at Joseph Anthony s. The atmosphere there was just as warm, welcoming and relaxing as it always is.

I am sad to be writing this. I received an anniversary gift from my partner for a spa day with you guys at the glen mills location. (scheduled for 8/18 starting at 11 am) I was there by 10:35 am for my scheduled appointment. I was to get a massage, my hair cut and then a mani/pedi. When the appointment was scheduled, we were set with the expectation that my treatments would finish and I would be leaving at 3:00 pm (which is important because we had a scheduled plan for later that evening).. After my massage (at 11), I was left in the brine room for a little over 45 minutes until a girl came in and said, she had switched my appointments up on me and I was going to get my nails done first instead and then my hair and my nail tech would be "right in" - 15 minutes go by and I walked back out of the brine room to double check and she said she would be in to get me any minute. Another 15 or so minutes go by and the nail tech finally came to got me, well by this point, I was crying because they had messed up my schedule and I was going to be late. To which the nail tech blamed it on my partner because "he was the one who scheduled it" but he did not schedule the way the day was played out, and expectations were not met. Then my service was rushed because she was trying to get me in time to my newly rescheduled hair appointment. It's only been a day and my nail is already chipped (probably because she only did one coat which, I have never had my nails done professionally before and they only have done one coat). Then I was told to wait to get my hair done and she would be right out. I waited another 10-15 minutes and asked the front desk for them to say they forgot mark that I was checked in. Then my hair stylist (poor girl, super sweet, I think her name was Julie) got me a cookie, trying to cheer me up and get me done so i could go home because my day and plans had been shifted almost a full two hours. (Completely ruined my day, my relaxation, I left in tears due to my plans in the evening coming unraveled by poor time management. Not one person in the salon tried to professionally rectify the situation. I had let at least 3 people know about what I was experiencing throughout the day, everyone just shrugged their shoulders and did absolutely nothing. My partner paid a lot of money so I could have the day to relax. The whole day felt rushed and unrelaxing and I was in a state of stress and panic the entire time I was there. Who wants to pay for a stressful spa day? I am just beside myself that a place would charge what they do and be so backwards on communication and time blocking/scheduling and then not ask how everything was at the end of the day to make sure I left happy or at least better than I was. (she just said, here are the tipping envelopes.) I would have had a better day if I didn't go at all. I didn't get home until almost 6:00 pm, when 3:30 was the target time to get home for my plans. The whole day was me waiting around for staff to show up. It sucked, and I am sad. I really needed a relaxing day.

I was so well taken care of at JA! Every step of the experience was new, inviting, and refreshing. Katelyn did a great job on my hair! The salon had great energy and efficiency, and I even got to tour the spa area to learn more before my next appointments!!

If I could rate Nina higher than excellent I would! She got us right in on time and is super friendly. I haven t found anyone that gives such a great cut to my son. She doesn t do a generic kids cut, she is amazing at styling it to work with the color texture and shape of his face. I highly recommend her!

Kim Jones is by far the best esctitian. I've been getting facials my whole life but have been going to see Kim at Joseph Anthony probably the past 4 years and because of her my skin has never been better. She caters my facials to my skin type and always recommends the best skin care products and educates me on what I need and what I am lacking in my skin care routine. I highly recommend booking with Kim!

Just got my haircut. I also had my balayage done a month ago. The cut and the color looks amazing! Riley did an amazing job. I was scared to cut my hair short again due to past experiences, but she really caught into my vibes with what I wanted/felt comfortable cutting. Super happy how it looks :)

I really did want to like this place. I want to first say that this review is only for my hair stylist. This salon seemed very professional and my stylist's assistant was very sweet. I am only writing this review because I felt that my stylist didn't really pay attention to what I was asking for. I told her specifically what I was looking for (I've finally found what works for me so I don't stray from that). We agreed on no layers or framing shorter than 2 inches below the chin. I was horrified to find that half of my hair was cut to chin length or shorter! It looks like I have a bob with long hair underneath. I have never hated a haircut as much as I do this one. I felt my stylist was rushed or her mind was elsewhere. I selected a level 4 stylist, but I may as well have had a level 1 and saved some money. I really need someone who listens to me. I have tried many things with my hair so I know what works for me. Needless to say I will not be back. Nice establishment, not for me.

Diane is great, always upbeat and friendly. She does a great job, never disappointed.

As always Natalie worked wonders with my hair. My hair is thin and fine and Natalie knows how to cut it to hold a style and look fuller.

Leslie is awesome! She does amazing work. I feel like I have know her for years. She is nice and personable.

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I felt very safe while I was there- temperature check, constant cleaning and spaced appropriately.

So grateful to have found Stephanie here, each time I see her she wildly exceeds any expectations I may bring to the massage and leaves me feeling brand new.

Ok, I am so not one of those high maintenance kind of people but I was recommended to try out Jeseph Anthony. I am a new mom and decided to treat myself to a haircut. Wow! I had a great stylist who did a wonderful job without chatting my ear off about stupid stuff. Just a normal lady who did a nice cut and was pleasant to chat with. I am going back again for sure! Yes, their a bit pricy, but for treating yourself for an hour it's totally woth it.

Alicia was amazing at doing the Kera Smooth Treatment on my hair. I was at the salon about a month ago and got the treatment and a haircut with her. She did an excellent job, was polite and very professional. She catered to my needs, and I could tell she really cares about her clients' concerns about their hair. Overall, the staff at Joseph Anthony do a great job welcoming you into their exceptional salon, which is by far the nicest salon I've ever been to.

I had a great cut and an overall quality experience. The price was a bit too high for what I received, and the check out lady was brisk and rude. It was a bad way to end things, especially since everything was great before then. The check-out experience makes me hesitant to return.

First time back since March, very impressed with safety measures taken by stylists, staff, and customers. Would be comfortable going back regularly. And, of course, great haircut!

New to the area, my son recommended his stylist Ben. He was right. Ben is awesome. Everything from his detailed consultation to his precision cut was impeccable. He is a master at his craft for sure. He s also a really great guy. I finally found my stylist! I highly recommend Ben for your next cut.

With the limited capacity, plexiglass barriers and other social distance measures, I felt completely confident that the salon had taken all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Absolutely loved my first visit here! I had an amazing stylist, Katelyn, who did an AWESOME job with bringing my hair to the exact color I wanted; not to mention she was welcoming & hilarious! I will totally be coming back when it s time the atmosphere is relaxing, wasn t too crowded, and the two employees who took care of me were so kind. I m so happy that I tried a new place, so happy with the outcome!!!

Michael is someone I travel an hour each time for over 5 years to have him style my hair. He is an artist and always have ideas that suits my face and style. Absolutely love my hair....the color and cut. I highly recommend him. And the place is pleasant and the staff is also very nice.

The place was set up great with seating only at every other spot. My stylist was amazing. I will definitely be seeing her again!
