Great selection of furniture, very attentive staff.

After walking around and trying out a few couches we settled on one in particular. Eric our salesperson was super knowledgeable and was in no rush when we were deciding on fabrics. We had a major concern- our large dogs- and if the fabric would hold up if they were to sneak onto the couch. He knew we loved the couch we had settled on because of how comfortable it was (down filled cushions- amazing). So he brought us downstairs to look at a leather couch that was similar in price, and equal in comfort as well.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5: only disappointed that delivery is quite a ways out, and Eric was upfront about that, but just wish it was sooner than feb/march delivery. Also, the cost of delivery for a sectional with no stairs to navigate was $200. Not sure where they get their pricing but we were also considering buying our daughter a new bedroom set, so I m kind of interested to see if they will be able to do anything about that delivery price when we go back one night this week to order.

The next few months gives us time to train these dogs to not want to go on the couch, and use their dog bed!

So Jordan's thinks its ok that someone buys a $4500 sectional that they can afford to pay another $200 delivery fee just because? That seems insulting. You don't know how long someone has been saving just to buy something nice, so to think you are going to base your delivery price on how much someone spends is insane. It should be based on difficulty of delivery ( up 3 flights of stairs, or just through a front door) and also, if a setup is needed with tools etc. Pretty sure these guys are going to walk in our front door, unwrap the couch and latch the 2 sections together and be on their way. To say that justifies $200 is not right. Might just think about finding a bedroom set somewhere else.

I Peru s the store took photographs of the furniture that I wanted and the SKU numbers and was able to purchase everything all in one transaction. My disappointment is that it s going to take three months for my new couch to get here!

My husband and I recently went to Jordan's Furniture in Reading to get some ideas on living room furniture. I was overwhelmed with the beautiful furniture displays and the size of the place!! It was fun to wander around and I was impressed by the fact that we weren't "harassed" by any salespeople. We were asked a couple of times if we needed help but we assured them we were just looking. We knew we weren't ready to make any decisions that day. We saw one particular matching couch and chair set that we liked but wanted to shop around more. In the end, we never went to another store because I kept thinking about that set and the deal that was being offered with up to 60 months of 0% interest and free furniture if the Red Sox have a no-hitter after July 17th. I went back by myself on a Saturday and was helped by Amy Shea (great experience!) to purchase the set we liked. Amy was very patient with me, gave helpful advice and was not pushy at all!!! I highly recommend Jordan's and Amy. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I will definitely go back again when we need furniture. The customer service is outstanding!

Vast choices for all prices, but avoid the cheaper furniture as they do not last.

I purchased a mattress they came 15 minutes early. I decided later I wanted to purchase an additional frame for the bed and I stopped by in 10 minutes we had purchased and scheduled a delivering and setup for an additional 2.95$.

Love IMAX and ice cream there, also hefty in price, but great furniture.

My shopping experience in the Sleep Lab was wonderful. I spent more than two hours testing all the different mattress types and could have taken more time if I needed it. The mattress was delivered the following week. The kind and courteous guys on the truck called 20 minutes before arriving - they had the old mattress and box spring out, and the new ones in, within 15 minutes. It was a great all 'round experience. What a difference a new mattress makes for getting a great night's sleep!!

I was happy with the large selection of furniture, and the sales people were polite and helpful, without being too pushy. They took care of the transaction right on the sales floor while we sat on the sofa that we were ordering. We were very happy with our experience, and will be returning to purchase more furniture in the near future.

Went to the reading store looking for a living room set, bedroom set and entertainment center... my boyfriend and I had no idea where to start we were very fortunate to have run into Mike Carroll, a Jordan s sales representative. Mike was the epitome of everything you would want in a sales person, he is knowledgeable about the merchandise, personable, funny, and gets you exactly what you are looking for within your price range! We ve been back to Jordan s 3 times to change a few things and mike has always been available, flexible and a joy to work with! I would highly recommend finding him when you re in their store! I should have shares in Jordan's. Just spent my first Pats game watching from my new recliner!! Although the Pats lost I was in total comfort while watching. My husband and I went to Jordan's about 3-4 times looking for this chair and it magically appeared the last time we went. So glad we waited to find the perfect chair. The sleep lab was great!! We got a custom mattress that fits my sleep needs and my husbands. Ana was awesome! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Had a defect in my mattress more than 2 years after w3 received it. Customer service gave us perfect service! 2-3 days after we called we received a full refund!
Needless to say we used it to buy a new one and couldn't be happier! The matress was delivered less than a week since we first called Jordan's customer service! Amazing service! Thank you so much Jordan's!

Best furniture store, although getting a little pricey

Fun place. Shop for furniture, eat a hamburger, have an ice cream, watch a movie.

We love Jordan's! We've been shopping here for years, and have recently bought more furniture since we got our first house in May. We worked with Mike Carroll last December in Reading to pick out our perfect sectional set which is also when we applied for the Jordan's card. Before that we got a mattress from Jordan's and since then we've gotten a new king size mattress and bedroom set to go with it. All pieces are beautiful, were delivered promptly with care, and have lasted up to standard.

We originally went to Reading because it has the biggest showroom out of all the Jordan's and of course lunch at Fuddruckers is a huge plus!

Also, customer service is always great, I recently filed a peace of mind claim on our couch that got a little banged up in our recent move and have had no issues yet.

We recently had a really bad experience with Cardi's as my mom bought us a dining room set through them as a housewarming gift. She spent close to $3,000 for honestly junk quality furniture. That whole experience just reinforced my love for Jordan's and we will certainly choose them for all our future furniture needs!

I was so impressed with every individual I met at Jordan's. They have an exemplary staff. My first visit was to the sleep lab with Michael who was fantastic. We then went in search of living room furniture, telling the salesman, Randy, I didn't know what I was looking for. He stayed with us for hours while I searched for the right sofa. He was so patient and helpful, but I couldn't decide. Next day we went back, found THE sofa, totally different from what I thought I wanted, called Randy and bought a full living room suite. He helped us choose the fabric and an additional chair. Marvelous customer service.

Delivery window was 3 hours. I had a delivery time between 830 am an 1130 am. Mattress was delivered at 8 am. Delivery person was very polite and helpful.

Always a great experience here. After having bought an outdoor patio table with chairs and a dining room table we recently went back to get more furniture. From salesperson to delivery everything went mostly without a hitch, there was a delay but that was due to COVID likely from the manufacturer(s) creating a ripple effect on down. They were communicative throughout the process.

Everything was great from the peolpe in the store to the delivery team. Patient and helpful. By the way the furniture looks and feels the best.

I took advantage of our tax free weekend and finally got myself a new bed. The people at Jordan's Furniture went out of their way to help me with all my inquiries and were very accommodating. Just purchased a media unit for the family room. The sales rep was very helpful and the delivery was made on time. I have purchased from Jordan's before. I have been very pleased with both the furniture and the customer service.

Went to Jordan's on Thursday for a new mattress and foundation, had it delivered Saturday morning. The delivery guys were great, sleep specialist was awesome. Love the people at Jordan's, love my new bed, loved the whole experience. Thank you Jordan's Furniture.

As is our usual experience, shopping at Jordan's for counter height stools for our kitchen was successful and pleasant. The salesman informed us of the locations of options and then stayed out of our way until we were beginning to settle in on a choice. Then he stepped in to help us narrow down the choices and ultimately customize a final selection.

Although we have, over the last four years often looked at other furniture stores, we seem to wind up at Jordans. This time we just went right there, and are glad we did.

I was looking for a new bed for my daughter. The salesman, Ryan, was great. It s going to take a little while to come in which my daughter wasn t happy about but that s to be expected with current situation.

This place has the best IMAX theatre I've ever been to. The tickets are so cheap and the seats are so comfy. The audio system and "butt kickers" under the seats make it such an immersive experience. If you're reading this, please see a movie here. You won't regret it. However, I will warn you, you may have to go to the movie about 30 minutes to an hour before the movie because seats are first come first serve.

The entire experience went very smoothly. The sales woman was very friendly and she brought us to an equally priced bedroom set when the one that we wanted was 10 to 12 weeks wait for delivery. We ended up going with that one anyway and the service was very quick and professional.

Overpriced, horrible customer service, useless extended warranties.

We recently moved to our dream house in New Hampshire and I was lost as to how to decorate it. I called and set up an appointment with the interior decorator program. Laura came to our home and spent an hour and a half asking us all kinds of questions and measuring everything. We set up an appointment to meet at the Reading store a week later. I was nervous because I was not sure what to expect. I had nothing to worry about because Laura had done her homework. We bought $10,000 worth of beautiful furniture! We spent three hours with her. She knew exactly what we wanted because most times we loved the first item she showed us. Laura was top rate and if you are not sure what should go where in your house, this program is perfect for you! We will use it again!

Looking for a new mattress there is no better place to then to the jordans sleep lab .. ask for Tim Martin u will not be disappointed at all . He takes him time and showes u all the options that best suits u. Would definitely recommend this store

Their mattress warranty is bs. Lady on the phone said there s nothing wrong with my mattress even with two people sliding in the middle. She kindly offered me a small credit so I can spend more money with them! No thanks Jordan!

I had one of those big gift certificates from buying furniture during a Red Sox promotion last summer. Early January 2012, an hour before the window closed to use the gift certificate, I called them an asked for a quick suggestion of how best to use the promotional certificate without spending over the amount by much. They asked if we had any older mattresses to replace. My son's was getting old and he was getting bigger, so we went with that idea. The sleep technician looked up other mattresses we had purchased in the past so he could ask about which we liked best, etc. He asked about our son's age, size, sleep preferences. The order was placed on time to use the promotion, without having to spend more than the promotion amount. A week later, a great mattress set was delivered, and the old one removed. EASY. Six rooms in our home have been furnished by Jordan's, and this is why. They have excellent customer service, straight forward pricing, nice quality products, good selection, and it is very pleasant to shop there... A great retail company.

Our second sofa from Jordan. Bought the first one in 2005 and ended up buying the exact same one again! Extremely comfortable and fits our room perfectly. Highly recommend both the store as well as the product!!

Saw Avengers Infinity War there. Fabulous IMAX theater. Big furniture store with an excellent selection. Fuddruckers hamburger place inside. Top notch hamburgers. Ice cream place too. From Oak Grove Orange Line train station take the #136 or #137 bus to the shopping center. You can take the Haverhill commuter train from North Station (Boston). If coming by car there's plenty of free parking.

I went to the Reading Jordan's two weeks ago to purchase bed frames for my children's beds. The sales person was very rude to us. He was more concerned with the fact if we bought the mattresses there. Which were purchased there but he couldn't find the order for them. Finally he found that we did indeed purchase the mattresses there. I am no sure why this was so important to him because all I wanted to purchase was bed frames. He was very condescending towards me. When the bed frames were delivered one was ordered wrong. The delivery guys were great they set up the one correct frame & returned the wrong one. I called Jordan's in Reading to have our problem rectified. The man I spoke to was wonderful & so very helpful. We set up a delivery date. The delivery guys came, one stayed in van & another came to set it up. He set it up but didn't bolt it together. He left & told my husband he had no bolts to set it up & that was our problem to fix. It w as a heart breaking experience as we have always had great experiences with Jordan's!!!

Have had many experiences at Jordan's Furniture where we have bought several items. Their customer service has always been beyond expectations. They are one of the few organizations that still has the attitude that the customer is important and they will go the extra mile to service the customer.

Jordan's is always a fun visit for us. This time we went to purchase a bed for my son and Scott P. was very helpful and patient with us in our decision making. The store is exceptionally clean and the quality of furniture and mattresses they have is superb. I had to call today and make a change in my order (from twin mattress to full) and I was able to speak with Scott again and he changed my order quickly and without any hassle. The customer service there is wonderful!

I recently purchased my second mattress from Jordan's Furniture. I met with Darrell Slane in the Reading store. He was amazing!!! Although I already had in mind the mattress I wanted to purchase, Darrell did a great job of showing me a bunch of other models, ultimately he led me back to my original choice. However, the experience showed me that my original choice was the right one!! All Sleep Technicians should be like Darrell!! Thanks Jordan's!

Always love this place...you can come to this place and hang out for an afternoon and not do any furniture shopping.. Go into reading and do the high rope challenge watch the Water fire works show (colored lighted water squirted up in a pattern in front lobby ( Free). I believe it's every hour visit the jelly bean store,get ice cream, see an Imax Movie and look and buy furniture of any type beds, cabinets, living room sets, fish tanks, pool tables just about anything u can think of.....I worked here for a while helped open the reading store. The do have the best furniture around. It's all warranted for damage or if anything goes wrong...I mean anything just make sure you buy there protection plan it's well worth it. I had a recliner mechanism stop working and it stuck and the cushion was stained. I called a rep he was at my house the following week replaced the much and totally steam cleaned the entire chair.
NO CHARGE for anything never got a bill of any kind....
So stop by bring the kids have fun and buy some furnishings. The employees are very well informed and can answere any question you may have..

Huge store with literally hundreds of choices. We had a great salesman, Joe L. who helped immensely. He listened to what we were looking for, brought us to possible choices and even brought cushions, accent pillows and upholstery choices around the showroom to help us with our choices. We bought a large sofa and a full size sofa bed with memory foam; exactly what we had hoped to buy. Joe's experience with the products was a real boon to 2 guys who really don't like shopping.

We had a great experience at the Nashua store and we were looking for chairs that would fit our apartments and, in my case, be good for my back. We were told that the Reading store had lots to look at so we headed there and were very surprised at the selection. We had a very helpful sales person who worked with us in not only choosing our chairs but the fabric and all of the other items needed to be determined for the final products. We may have to wait 6 - 9 weeks but it is going to be worth it. We highly recommend going to Jordan's for any of your furniture needs. If something else comes up, we will not hesitate to go to either store!!!!!!!

We have bought our last two mattresses at Jordan's furniture, in the Reading store. The only difference this time is that we used the sleep center technology to determine the "best" mattress for they way we sleep etc. The last mattress was a pillowtop and have been very happy with it so we asked to look at a similar mattress.
We live in New Hampshire 4 nights a week and Massachusetts 3 -4 nights a week so we sleep in two different beds, one is the pillowtop that we are still happy with. We also let her know that we did not want anything that will trap heat as a foam mattress topper does. The technician led us to four different mattresses that were in the range of $1,400.00 - $2,000.00. The cost of the mattress was never the deciding factor. We took a fair amount of time laying on all four and decided on the Beautyrest True Energy Recharge Illiana Plush.The technician told us that it has a foam top but it is the new cool technology so it is not warm. It seems to be the most comfortable surface that we have ever slept on, I still have a love hate relationship with this mattress. It took us a while to figure out that this is a terrible mattress for sleep and what it does to your body. I have been struggling with pain in my neck and lower back because of this mattress and my husband has also been waking up with pain in his back and shoulders. We finally decided to call and see what can be done after buying many different pillows to be sure it was not the mattress. By the way it heats up too much as you sleep on it as a foam topper does. We did not set out to buy a plush mattress but again the technician told us that it is very supportive which it is not. We waited too long to call and it is now past when Jordan's will do anything about it. The service department representative told me "well you bought a plush mattress" and he tacked on an extra two months of how long I have owned the mattress. I asked if they could give me a discount on a new mattress and he told me that NOTHING could be done. We would of been better off choosing our own mattress without help and would not have chosen a foam top or ultra plush mattress and would not be throwing away $1,800.00 plus two $60.00 pillows that nobody sleeps on. We are very unhappy that we trusted the Sleep Center to tell us what mattress we should be sleeping on. BUYER BEWARE! I did some research on this mattress after the fact and the biggest complaint beyond bad sleep is that they break down very quickly and need to be replaced. So they will sell you an expensive mattress that you will need to replace in about half the time as the old pillowtop style. Good business for them!!

I knew I wanted the same mattress we had...so, I actually did my "shopping" over the phone from the store nearest to me. The sleep technician was great, we got the same mattresses (and they were on sale!), another pillow that we love, and after switching from pick up to delivery, everything went smoothly and without a hitch! Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I am writing this in sincere appreciation for the special time and care extended to our family this weekend, by Jordan s furniture in Reading. As we all faced the first days of a major health crisis, it became clear that I would need to immediately move my 87 and 91 year old parents into our home. But in order to do so, we would need an entire room of furniture - ASAP! I reached out to Jordan s furniture in Reading, and was connected with sales associate Randy Parillo. Randy listened carefully to my situation, and then spent over the next hour walking me through best options, pricing, size, comfort, etc. . . that might work for us. He then checked out availability and ways in which he could make delivery as soon as possible. Incredibly, he managed to have it delivered the very next morning, and my parents were able to move in that day! In very trying times for all of us, Randy remained patient, supportive, and understanding! When I thanked him for all he had done to help my family, his reply was that Jordan s really does believe in treating staff and customers alike, as family. I couldn t agree more!

Great for mattresses, but the styles of home furniture on the floor is dated and whoever they have choosing and showcasing modern furniture in my opinion doesn't have a broad aesthetic sense, but I guess that's why there's crate and barrel.

All of the furniture in my house comes from Jordan's. They may be pricier than other area furniture stores, but I like the customer service. My most recent trip there resulted in Allen spending 3 hours with me in order to find a living room set. I needed a lot of help on what pieces would be cat resistant and kid friendly. And he took the time to pick out pieces that would fit my space.

Our recent purchase at Jordan's wasn't particularly well thought out or planned in advance. We went to see a movie in the IMAX theater, and while waiting for our show to begin we went browsing.
We saw a sectional that fit our needs at home, sat in it for a minute or two, spoke to an incredibly nice, no pressure sales associate, and wrapped up the sale before the movie began.
The delivery and install was prompt and painless as well.
And in a visit to Jordan's last night for another IMAX movie, a weird meta movie experience: as an 80 foot tall Elliot was welcoming us to the theater, the real life Elliot was in the audience with us, to the delight of our daughters.

We met with Carmelo Bottaro, a sales consultant in the Reading office, for advice about purchasing a dining room set and living room sofa and tables. He was all you could ask for in a sales consultant: knowledgeable, articulate, no pressure or push to buy more expensive products (in fact he favored a less expensive option than the one we had chosen!)
When we made plans for delivery we had multiple friendly reminders, and arranged a convenient time . The delivery crew was professional, prompt, and courteous to a fault!
In summary the entire process was a delight and I can recommend Jordan's without reservations

From the sales people to the delivery I am so happy to shop at Jordan s.
We will not buy furniture from any other place for our home.
Great quality furniture and the financing is incredible and with low payments makes it a win -win deal.

Great place to see a movie. Their upgraded IMAX well worth the price of admission

They have a great selection on every type of furniture that you could want.

The store has a lot of other activities aimed at kids as well. That can take the sting out of having to go furniture shopping with your parents.

Store employee are helpful and friendly. They aren't pushy, which is great. You can tell that they want you to be satisfied; they aren't just looking for a commission.

Always a fun place to go with the Family..not just for furniture anymore..

Larry Rubino was our salesperson and he was so great to work with during our visit. He engaged my daughter during the process as well and asked her what she thought. After she left she even said what a nice man. His knowledge on the wait period helped set us at ease and his willingness to help with both of our purchases in different parts of the store was quite helpful. We received awesome service and a couch that fit our needs perfectly.

First time buying from Jordan s Furniture and as of now our order still on process so we will get it hopefully within 4 weeks max but I want to say that the customer service of Jen was outstanding very helpful , patient and very welcoming so I thank her and best of luck .

Needed to replace our dining room chairs as the old ones were just too 'bulky' for the room. Remembered 'City Lines' from earlier visits to Jordan's. Found exactly what we were looking for on our first visit but delayed the purchase so that we could re-check our measurements at home. Wound up placing the order by phone. The process was very efficient taking less than ten minutes from start to finish. Scheduled pick up for the next day and the process was again quick and efficient. Overall, an excellent purchasing experience.

In January of 2017, we purchased two couches and a kitchen table and chairs from Jordan's in Reading. The sales associate, Mark Heller, was fantastic. He spent a lot of time with us and helped us make decisions on both pieces of furniture. We recently decided to purchase two accent chairs to go with the coaches. We went to the Reading store and asked for Mark Heller. What better compliment than repeat business? Mark again showed his knowledge and interest in our needs. We are very happy with the purchase and look forward to seeing the new chairs and our couches together in our living room. We highly recommend Jordan's furniture.

Quick to promise and sell bad at living up to reasonable expectations. Customer service is done with a friendly smile while not actually doing anything.

Furniture quality has also gone down over the years. My last two couches from them have not held up even though they were custom and at the top of their price points.

Its a shame. I was a customer for over 20 years. Just go somewhere where the company will back their products and take care of you if there is an issue.
