first time at store great experience ! The selection of television stands was by far the most compared to other stores. $69. to deliver a 54 inch long 25" high was little expensive but with winter upon us was a necessary. Clean will visit again for IMAX and a burger !

I had a great experience buying a mattress from Jordan s. The Who process is stressful because there are so many choices and I m spending quite a bit so I don t want to make the wrong choice. I was lucky to get a great deal of a premium mattress that was on sale. I chose Jordan s for their service and quality of products. I almost purchased from a mattress store but was not enthusiastic about their service should I decide I don t like the mattress.
The best!! You can buy a custom made mattress, a high quality room set, furnitures, ... Anything you need for your house. Keep in mind that good quality comes with a certain price, not too expensive but not too affordable. What s great with Jordan s is that they offer a great payment plan over 60 months, without interest.
Got a couch for our basement here and was very pleased with the whole experience. Great place, even if you're not looking for furniture. The Fuddrucker's, Richardson's Ice Cream, IMAX theater and other attractions make it a great family outing.

Just purchased a lift recliner for my husband . Jerry Tishler was our salesman. Showed us where the chairs were, no pressure. Best thing is 0% for 60 months. Will arrive on Tuesday.
Overall a great experience. I went to purchase bunk beds for my boys and the salesman was very helpful and did a great job answering my questions.
Fun destination for kids and adults! Unique attractions to entertain. Great furniture displays also. If you cannot find what you want here, you probably cannot find it.

Needed two side chairs for my home office where I provide life & career coaching. My needs (size, price, comfort, color) were pretty specific and I was shown only those chairs that met my criteria. My salesperson Jean did a great job of quickly and efficiently showing me my options. Jordan's has such a large selection and being able to SIT in the actual chair is priceless. I don't know how people buy furniture online. The feel of and comfort in furniture is so important! I will definitely shop there again.

We had been looking to put together a new living room and started the process a few weeks ago. After visiting several furniture stores, we decided what we had seen a Jordan's Furniture was what we liked - our focus had been a sofa with the intent of adding 2 chairs. We contacted Jordan's - they put us in touch with Susan Hershey there and we set up an appointment to get together. Susan was amazing - we had come up several options for chairs and she gave us even more - as a matter of fact 2 of her selections are what we ended up with. She was very conscientious and quickly figured out what we were looking for and showed us all options. Then she helped us spend time coming up with fabrics to put together a stunning living room collection. We cannot say enough good things about Susan. Jordan's has a very expansive selection and Susan knows all of it and where to find any piece you need. It was the most extensive and rewarding search we have ever had looking for furniture and incredibly rewarding. A++++++

Our sales person Allison Flato was excellent!! Jordan's as a corporation was not! It took 9+ weeks for us to receive our couch and when we finally received it, there was a rip in the sofa. Yes they offered to replace it with a new one, but it would take another 4 weeks and we would have to take another day off from work to wait for the delivery. Instead I asked if we could get a discount off of the $4000 couch that we just bought as the rip was in a spot that we could live with. I was told they could not give us any further discount. Instead this couch will be going to the clearance section and will be sold to someone else for 1/2 the price. I will not be going back to Jordan's for my next purchase!

Jordan's has been the go-to furniture store for me and my husband for more than 10 years: mattresses/boxsprings, 2 living room sets, a dining room set, a kitchen table set, and bar stools. The only piece of furniture that I can think of that we didn't purchase at Jordan's was the coffee and end tables in our living room, which after scouring their Reading store and talking to an associate we had to admit they just didn't carry what we were looking for.
Is Jordan's a little more expensive than Bernie & Phyl's or Bob's? Yes, but the quality of their furniture and the customer service at Jordan's far surpasses those places and I can prove it:
When moving into our house 3 1/2 years ago, an employee of the moving company fell off the moving truck when he misjudged his foot placement and missed the ramp. Thankfully, his youth as a skateboarder meant it was just another hard fall for him. The recently purchased dining room table, on the other hand, was damaged when it was dropped and the rails would no longer extend open. After giving up on working with the moving company, we contacted Jordan's to inquire as to whether we could purchase replacement rails from the manufacturer. Jordan's Customer Service Department agreed to contact the manufacturer on our behalf. When the manufacturer sent a rail (yes, one) that was too short, the repairman from Jordan's apologized and said they would continue working with the manufacturer. A few weeks had passed when we received a phone call from the Customer Service Department apologizing for the delay in resolving our issue and to let us know that Jordan's would be replacing the table free of charge.
Would that have happened at a different furniture store? Probably not!
I know we'll be looking to do some bedroom set shopping in the future and I know we're going straight to Jordan's!
Purchased a new sofa and love seat. It was a fast, easy and smooth process.
Excellent experience as usual, and quality furniture at this price range. Although my wife mentioned the Sales rep was far too fast in terms of showing us the furniture. Before we knew it, we were sold and on our way...I know these sales guys work on 100% commission, but they should take a breath (every now and then) to make sure their customers have seen everything they need before pushing us for the close!!

THE BEST movie theater in New England! It literally ruined my expectations for going to any other theater because it was that good! There are only a couple handfuls of theaters like this in the US - I looked - so if you are in the area, you MUST go here. And the best part of the price was amazingly good for the level of the experience you get. I highly recommend this theater. By the way, I have no idea about the furniture other than what locals have told me - great quality but very expensive - you get what you pay for.

This review is for the whole complex, including the actual Jordan's Furniture part. If you've never been here, you must check this place out. There's no way to describe it unless you actually go. It's like an amusement park/mall of sorts. It's reminiscent of a casino, minus the gambling. There is a trapeze section, a huge colored fountain show, a jelly-bean land, Fuddrucker's, other stores which I've never even gone in, an IMAX movie theater (with the most comfortable temper-pedic seats you will ever sit in), AND endless showrooms of furniture. It's kind of confusing and maze-like, so if you're just going for the IMAX, just walk to the right of Fuddrucker's and that's the most direct route. That also takes you to the "clearance' section of Jordan's. I just bought a bedroom set from there and it should be arriving next week. It was very easy to purchase even though there is no dedicated "cashier." Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. Entertaining experience all around!

My husband and I were looking for living room and dining room furniture for our house on Cape Cod. We worked with Berta K in the Reading store and she was truly amazing. She took the time to first ask us about our space, the house, the look we wanted to achieve and our budget. She toured us around the store carefully picking out options for us and assembled into a complete masterpiece and she was right on budget!

I bought a beautiful couch for my new condo and I was extremely lucky that Sheryl Smith was my sales person. When the couch arrived, it didn't fit through the door. Back at the store, Sheryl did some research and found out that the couch could come apart and she worked frantically to coordinate the re-delivery of the sofa to my place. The delivery guys (I wish I knew the spelling of their names; the driver's name sounded like "Li") were amazing! They worked so incredibly hard and made it possible for me to get the couch the day it was scheduled, even though at first the delivery was unsuccessful and they had a very busy day. I am so in awe of the service this store and its staff gave me.

This was my third different furniture store I visited and this time was greeted by a sleep specialist and all I had to do was tell him what I was looking for and he showed me three different types and I felt no pressure. I purchased my mattress set and was on my way in less than an hour. I will be giving another department a chance to equal that in a few weeks for a different room.

Superb service! I was very impressed with the amount of attention, time and care I received in this store. The question I had required help of the manager and he was extremely attentive for what was a relatively small purchase. This is a large store with a large number of options. The store is organized by sections: living room, dining room, etc with rooms organized in circles so eventually you wind up where you entered.
Everyone that help my wife and I where super friendly and professional . We just bought a house and it been very stressful , when our furniture arrived it was a lot bigger then what we thought . The delivery guys told me not to worry about and had me contact customer service . my wife and I decided to just go in person , we talked to Andrew who put are stess to rest and help us choose furniture that would fit for sure . my new furniture was delivered this past Friday June 6 and the oversize furniture was returned . I only pay the difference.
I can't even begin to say how awesome Andrew was and all the sales people who help us out.
We have also seen Elliot several times and he always has time to talk to customers.
This a place that really appreciate your business , why anyone would shop anywhere else for furniture is beyond me.

My husband and I went there to buy a mattress and ended up purchasing one which was just over $1,000. Almost immediately, it began to sag and develop indents. I called and apparently some amount of sag is normal, so we did as they said and turned the mattress. Another couple months later, it sagged even more. It was to a point where my husband and I were both extremely uncomfortable and waking up every morning sore. We called back to see what our options were, they told us that we were over the return policy dates and that we didn t have any options.
Here we are a year later, deciding to buy another mattress from Casper or Tuft and Needle because our mattress from Jordan s is unbearable. I rated a one star because the experience of shopping in the store was intoxicating; bright lights, fun, food, etc. but ultimately the sales process was old, outdated just like their return policy.

I bought stuff from the sleep lab. I was quoted a 2-5 week lead time to come in. It came in 9 weeks. I had called multiple times after 5 weeks and was told it was coming in a week. I didnt get anywhere until i spoke to the manager and complained incessantly. Why is it necessary for me to have to escalate everything before some one looks into where the product is?

They had a great selection to choose from and their sales person was friendly, helpful and well informed about the the items we were looking at. In addition, we were not pressured to buy anything and were treated warmly by the sales person. We did purchase the furniture on this visit and bought the items we had seen on earlier visits. I highly recommend this furniture store because we were not pressured and treated like old friends.

I went to Jordan s yesterday to look for new living room furniture. I say look because I had been to a few stores before and was just feeling overwhelmed by the options so I figured my experience at Jordan s would be the same. I definitely wanted to buy, but I figured this was probably going to be another day where I left a store liking some things but just not sure to buy all the pieces I wanted.
Well, Brandon and his excellent customer service and also sense of design changed all that. Quite largely thanks to Brandon s help, I ended up purchasing a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and a media chest...everything I wanted. Brandon helped me pick out the right pieces, the right fabrics, and overall helped me put my room together. He offered me advice throughout and gave me his opinion the many times I asked for it.
Important to note is that after making my purchases, I came back to the store an hour later because I changed my mind on the cocktail and end tables I selected. I felt bad coming back, but Brandon assured me that his only goal was for me, his customer, to be happy with my purchases. If I was having second guesses on anything, we needed to make changes. With his help, I selected new tables, and he edited my order. In addition, when I got home, I realized the ottoman I ordered to go with a chair would fit properly in my room. I texted Brandon, and he said he would cancel the ottoman from my order. No problem. Again, he just wanted me to be happy. I don t know that I ve ever encountered a sales associate who told me their primary goal was for me, the customer, to be happy.
I want to buy an area rug, console table, possibly a bench, and a small chest for other areas in my home. I will definitely be looking at Jordan s and for Brandon s help with this.

I liked Brandon the minute he said to me... I will help you find the pieces you want. That is what I wanted ... help in finding pieces. It took a few hours, and we were all over the store, but I found the pieces I wanted.
