Never buy tickets for second level if you have a fear of hights. Left in 15 minutes after arriving. No one willing to accommodate. Waste of money.

Awesome arena, open and clean. Great local restaurants arr represented.

Cool modern arena, except can't pay with phone at the concessions

Fast service. Clean bathrooms. Sound is good. Don't like the top level seats, feels like you could fall and actually have seen someone fall onto someone in front of them.

First time at the Golden 1 Center, attended the Katy Perry witness tour. The venue was fantastic the only complaint I have was the food. Had the burger and garlic fries and was not flavorful at all the fries were horrible. Also the Walking Vendors did not come down our row at all. Overall a great experience and the venue ushers were very nice and friendly

Never choose the high up seats I had a panic attack trying to get up there and started crying in the middle of the steps but the employees saw me and trying make me as comfortable as can be they end up moving me to a much more comfortable spot I enjoy the disney on ice show awsome place to go to

Uncomfortable seating, no leg room. Felt like a sardine, the steps leading to seats are not safe. I watched some elderly and disabled struggle to get to their seats. There should be a handicap area specifically set up for people and at least 1 person with them.

Awesome place for concerts!!! :) Was so excited to attend for my first time last year!!

Take a tour with a guy named Loren. Makes everyone feel like a VIP. Super detailed anticipated questions great personality. Would highly recommend for corporate events. Thank you Loren!

The arena is awesome! Way nicer than Oracle. Parking is super easy to find whenever me and my husband go to King's games.

Upper seats suck. Lower seats not that much better.. What a waste of money building this facility. No moving room or drink holders and the sound is awful. The sound system all through the concert was awful !!!!!!!

The seats are comfortable and the food is good...obviously pricey. No complaints here.

Nice and exciting, lots of things going on but getting in and out a mess. Right on the old k street Mall and major problems. Do yourself a big favor and add the price of Uber to your trip ahead of time and avoid the massive infastructure problem created by not putting the new complex in the old southern Pacific train yards that were redeveloped just for a new sports complex and the parking and access it would need

Came to PBR on January 26th, won't be coming back to the Golden 1 Center. Brought my one year old daughter and was told I couldn't bring in a Contigo water bottle in for her. As the website states under babycare (in FAQs) "baby bags, PLASTIC BOTTLES, and formula are permitted in Golden 1 Center as long as the bag is no longer than 16x16x8." We made sure to check the website before hand to see of it was okay. I figured the Golden One Center was very family oriented due to all the family restrooms, nursing stations, and they even have stroller rentals. The Contigo bottle had a nipple on it of which is the only PLASTIC bottle my daughter will drink out of. Sadly the supervisor John H. came over and said the website was incorrect, we couldn't bring the PLASTIC bottle in (even if it was empty) and then told us to watch our language or we can not come in (we didn't even cuss or raise our voices). I ended up throwing the bottle out since it was starting soon, but why would the website state this if we couldn't bring in a plastic bottle for a baby? The employees inside the Golden 1 Center also could not answer that question. When we were waiting for Johns supervisor we were speaking with the customer service representative who was great and she did not have an answer. She also had a similar bottle except hers did not have a rubber top. Spoke with John's supervisor and he backed up John. He apologized, also said he would have to get the website changed. He said if we were to bring in an outside bottle even if it was empty and it had mold in it and we filled it with a water we bought we could turn around and sue them if we got sick..... what? This is a bottle for a baby, did he really think if a bottle had mold in it I would give it to my child? Worst example ever.

Nice arena but 3 small mixed drinks for $57? Come on now, that s ridiculous.

I love the acoustics in this place the seating is a bit cramped the food is EXPENSIVE but it's good,if u get drinks do doubles

Great sporting event venue. Good views from all seats, great food options, fun atmosphere. Tickets are very reasonably priced, especially compared to Warrior games at Chase Center.

STAFF assaulted a woman for being belligerent then assaulted me for recording it taxpayers are subjected to untrained unprofessional STAFF after they sell the alcoholic Beverages this place is not managed properly

Security staff are very rude, no please or thank you for simple things. Makes me not want to return. Also no water bottles is very greedy.

Had fun at the show not too expensive parking was reasonable definitely go early parking won't be so difficult but great staff all the way around the board

I don't like arenas so I'm not the person to ask. It is an over-the- top arena surrounded by luxury hotels.

Went here to see Tool. Really glad this place isn't so big you can't see the stage from the other side.. saw tool in Reno a while back and was to far away to really tell what was going on on the the stage. .. the acoustics were awesome ... reminded me of the benefits of indoor concerts.... beautiful experience .. And also .. they had lots of little stands to buy things which made for shorter lines... been to some places that just have a couple places and the lines are way to long... I didn't spend money on tickets to spend the whole time in line to get a 5 dollar water. Lol

Seeing A7X for the first time was incredible. I was maybe 10 feet away from the stage.

Clean, nice seating, the lounge was awesome. And courtside parking is the only way to go!!

It was so great seeing the NKOTB Total Package Tour here! A big Stadium that is so close and intimate! Amazing Knight!

I always love to attend here and I really enjoy the shows there

This place is such a great upgrade since Arco. Saw Christmas concert and fortunate to have a suite so I didn't venture to explore. Suite was very roomy with stocked refrigerator and amazing views. Honestly it looked like everywhere had a good view. Staff was also very friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back for a Kings game.

What an upgrade from the old arena. The most impressive thing at this arena are the food options. It's not just junk food like many other sports arenas. There are many places that serve authentic farm-to-fork food.

The staff were really helpful and nice. The place is huge it has all kinds of food stands. They sell drinks of any kind and I mean any kind!!!

We had been here for Ed Shereen concert. Pretty amazing venue. Well structured.. easy accessibility for everything..

Pretty well set up for a variety of shows. The seats are pretty packed in there. So don't be surprised at the number of times you have to get up and down

The Golden 1 Center is a great place to go catch a concert, and sporting events.
In fact I just got home from a great game from there. Kings vs Warriors.
They put on a great game.
And the arena is Absolutely beautiful.
And they have parking all over the place.
Only thing I noticed was no cup holders on the chairs. So you have to slide you drink under your seat, or between your legs.
Overall a great place to go!

Open arena concept that makes it very easy to enjoy the concessions while keeping up with the event.

OMG this place is amaze-balls!!! Best sound system at a concert that I have ever experienced and the food was to due for! Will definitely be coming here for more concerts in the future!!!!

The center was set up nicely for the show. This was my first visit to the center. It was cool!!!

Saw Def Leppard and Journey in Oct. ...Def Leppard sounded GREAT !!
Perfect venue for concerts, but seating is slightly cramped. Food & drinks were super expensive...but had cool lil charging stations for your phone...parking was close but pricy...but will DEFINITELY return for more concerts !!

Go Kings! I love coming to DOCO and eating and drinking before games! Beautiful arena.

Reserved parking across the street and entered through the side entrance and took an elevator up!
