Parking and driving around here is a nightmare. I will never sit in the upper level seats again... I'm not afraid of heights, but I got massive vertigo being up there and had a mild panic attack. The only good thing about this place is that they support local eateries and there's lots of food and drink to choose from if you don't mind spending a small fortune. Also, I'm not a smoker anymore, but just a heads-up that there's no smoking section like they had at Arco.

Good place to see a show. Second tier view box seats a challenge for the long legged amongst us. Need to watch out for the over sensitive metal detectors, they make the operators a little testy.

It was awesome. Only thing I was not happy with is that they did not utilize the screens for the lindsey stirling concert. And with all the choreography and performance she was doing, that was a huge downfall.

I love the center! I did have one bad experience with an employee that works there, maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know. I was not pleased with him at all! Nosebleed seats are a little narrow and scary but I love the Golden 1 Center! Good selection of food if you get hungry, charging stations in case your phone needs it, lots of walking room.

The food is truly wonderful.
Acoustically, this is not an ideal venue for anything other than sports. Hate the fact of standing in line with no sun protection (shade) for a long time prior to entering for any given event.
But the food options are incredible.
It is a symbol, representative of how a 'city of trees' got rid of their trees, and replaced that slogan with 'farm to fork capital'.
If you cannot enter through VIP designated entrances, bring sunscreen.

They need a better system for allowing people into concerts. We missed the first 3 songs of Fleetwood Mac because we couldn't enter the building in time. If you are coming here for a concert and possibly any other event, come early and expect to be waiting a very long time to enter.

Attended a concert tonight, I am recovering from cancer and the chemo effects my tastes so regular water is unbearable to drink. As we were coming in they confiscated my flavored water, it was just crystal light and Gatorade. I begged him not to because I cannot handle the taste of regular water, but he said I had to purchase a bottle of water if I wanted a drink. I think the intolerance you have in your policy is ridiculous. I showed him my wrist band stating I am a chemo patient, he just shrugged. I will no longer support this place for any reason, concert or banking. It's just sad how people get treated now a days.

We we're up at the top. The screens are a bit transparent from that angle so we were seeing the double. Like an out of focus camera. Also, it seemed like the acoustics we're a bit off. But- the venue is clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Outside there was a lot of security; I felt safe.

In terms of sports venues, this is absolutely one of the best ones in the country. Being brand new, everything feels well laid out and modern. The center screen is absolutely massive and high definition which is great. Seats are relatively comfortable for a stadium. Food options are top notch with lots of local venues to pick from. Prices are high of course, but that's any stadium. Parking at the stadium is essentially non-existent, but there are plenty of lots in the downtown area and they are well prepared for the influx of people attending events.

Overall it the show was great the stadium clean beautiful but one of the people or maybe ushers that was patrolling our sections was very rude and mean and after we got everything situated sure just stared at us the whole time

Worst place ever I went there for a concert spend 200 on one ticket to go I got drunk at the bars they had and got kicked out because someone bumped into me and spilled my drink. The lady told me to go leave total bs.

Beautiful arena, and entirely powered by solar energy from SMUD's Rancho Seco facility. All seats seem to have a great view of the court, and the emcee and DJ do a great job of keeping the energy going even when the Kings aren't doing so hot. The arena is in the middle of downtown Sac and close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Food and beer in the arena are as expensive as you'd expect, a few local brews and restaurants available beyond the typical Bud Light and hot dogs.

Wow! What a place! When they put this in I thought they were crazy... downtown?... are they nutz?... it's orchestrated very well, as a matter a fact I think it's easier in and out of there then arco

Came to see my first Kings game and I really like the place they outdid themselves. There are plenty of food places inside and the food looks great, also the visuals and sound where great!!!!

Loving the new arena. It's quite the experience. Fantastic food and beer options. I can't wait to see how downtown evolves around the place. Tip on parking: Park at one of the farther lots -- We park at the one across from the Sheraton. That way, you spend a few more minutes walking, but less time in the car battling the post event traffic.

Every single restroom there was poorly designed. You can barely fit in the stalls because the toilet paper dispenser sits down way too low. They need to be lifted. Even a very small person has a hard time sitting directly on the toilet because there is a huge toilet paper dispenser that sticks out over the toilet. Someone who is plus size has an even harder time. Usually I have to sit sideways or use the handicap stall.

An amazing performance by Pink and eveyone at Golden one was friendly and helpful... However know one has any business selling tickets behind the stage at this venue and especially for 185 dollars a ticket ...you look at a video screen that is backwards and when there are words written on it this is a problem... Still think Pink is an amazing performer and she is an inspiration but a little disappointed that my friend spent so much money for these tickets

The food is delicious ...not your typical arena foods. Drinks are expensive but hey...you are having a grand time. The venue is great. The seats in the upper section are tight and very steep, though. Getting in and out of the arena does not seem to be an issue and there is plenty of parking you can reserve online.

Nice
