Been here a few times for concerts not so much basketball. Great venue especially if you get to sit in the suite section. Just recently saw Sam Smith which was fantasic. The acoustics are great however I have been in the nose bleed section before and I am not sure I would purchase them again if given the choice. Can't wait for Justin Timberlake in November and I'm sure I will be back again after that!

Well it was my first time coming to golden 1. Gotta say not too bad. Saw Post Malone live was pretty amazing, and seats are built in a way so you can see the whole stage at almost any angle, like wow. the architect really knew people would be seeing live shows or games and thought ahead. Now the drinks are a lil pricey food as well. So i would suggest pre gameing (drinking ahead of time) before going to a live event. Also it seems golden 1 is quick on the draw when you post on social media. meaning they will like your post and maybe even comment on it, good social media team. I would say its worth going to a live event, not to mention bars and plenty of places to eat after said show since your are in between down town and mid town Sacramento

Staff is very helpful. Haven t tried any of the food yet. When you but merch from a band playing here, the lines are completely unorganized. I saw Metallica here for the first time and the sound was complete garbage. I sat high and usually when you sit high in big indoor arenas, the sound is fine. Comparing this to Muse at Oracle Arena in Oakland a few years ago, they sounded great there. The parking here is good if you re handicapped. My dad got us in a parking spot by the entrance. The parking attendant simply moved a cone for us. However, keep in mind what I said about the awful sound. It s as if Metallica was trapped in a glass bubble and I was trying to listen in from the outside. I never want to go here for a concert ever again.

This place has a lot of good shows, but has increased traffic and the parking is like someone mugged you. The cheapest I have paid is $20 and I have turned away from the $40+ spots. Should have just kept it at arco.

Beautiful venue. Needs more indoor and entrance signage, but we loved it.

Very little choices of food and quality of food is not good. Downtown gets very crowded. Not so good location.

beautiful Arena just didn't like the escalators being on when we left with the crowd pushing their way out. seemed dangerous.

Great venue, but horrible audio in the concert! Left early, hope they fix this. Very friendly staff!

Beautiful arena. Kind of in a weird spit of town, but it's a great venue.

Awesome location that was perfect for a concert experience. The Weeknd utilized the location very well.

Fantastic comfort, amenities, and technology. Everything in the marketing is true.

Only Half the arena is of use to me, will only sit in lower bowl. Top deck is too steep as I have vertigo issues. Went to.McCartney Concert, saw quite a few scary falls and close calls. It was opening night of the arena and let's face it, demographics of Paul's fans tilt towards Septarians. Young'uns won't have a problem.

G1 is a very poor place to go and listen to a music concert at! The reason being it's a concrete pit with so much reverb problems! The sound from the band's music just bounces off everything! Arco arena was so much better for holding contracts at than the Pit (G1) will ever be!

The Golden 1 Center is so cool & nice looking on the outside. It looks huge & it feels huge when you go in too. However, the seats were made entirely TOO SMALL. My knees literally touch the chair in front of mine no matter what section I sat in so far. No where to put my cup or bag or feet. The stairs are very steep, so be cautious of that. But I loved the things I went to see there, just wish seating was more comfortable.

I was in town with my husband for a business trip and we stayed close to the Golden 1 Center. The area is really nice with lots of convenient restaurants and shops.

Really nice center/arena I was disappointed in the size for the monsterjam it was just like Arco arena as far as size. Everything else was awesome including food.

This new development is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Awesome for all the events & concerts they hold along with so many cool stores & great food to checkout. However, although it's a brand new big & beautiful stadium for Sacramento to uphold, I'm still not a fan of being at such crowded & jam packed places.

Buy tickets. I work at this venue frequently. Best accoustics for an arena in the nation.

The night i went I'm in a wheelchair an they sold all seats so i had to sit in my chair way up high you can tell by the pictures i took .

Plenty of concessions choices, but they're outrageously expensive. Seating is so cramped it hurts. Music used during the game is too loud. Taunting of the visiting team on the scoreboard graphics and by the announcer is unprofessional, unsportsmanlike, and downright obnoxious.

A spectacular experience It was our first time and everything went great. An enviable organization!

Up and coming area. Great to see new area in Sacramento with new shops and restaurants

Massive event center and Kings basketball stadium. It's connected to a string of shops and eateries. Bathrooms are actually pretty clean and the center is easy enough to get around in.

Beautiful arena, great food selection..salads to wings, to lamb or even gourmet mac n cheese..., open air arena, bar inside, no bad seats in this place, free WiFi and phone charging stations!

Nice arena. Everything is over priced but what arena isn't? Seats are just too close.

Only been there twice. Both times were Sacramento Kings games. Had a fun experience each time.

Only been here twice, but the setup is perfect and the exterior and interior are designed nicely. I love how there are shops surrounding the perimeter and that the new mall is right there.

Bad ass arena ! Saw Maroon 5 there . Not a bad seat in the house !

I would like to have given a higher ratings but my girlfriend and I paid a lot of money and picked our seats very careful according to the chart that was given. We were supposed to have end seats and upon arrival we had to cross over people to get to our seats. Once at our seats we were smashed together like sardines. Another row was added to our end seats making it difficult to exit the row. The Comedy Get Down was awesome! We missed a few jokes because the people behind us was non-stop talking.

Looks nice, but the seating is awful! Really? Brand new place and opportunity to made it a great venue, but instead they opted to just cram as many seats in as possible. I am only 5'2" and my knees almost hit the chair in front of me. One of my companions is 6'3" - ugh! As much as he'd like to return to watch a game, it would be just too unfortable. None of us realized there were drinks holders until intermission - it was so cramped you couldn't even see them..... The seating at the old Arco was much better.

We were at Jimmy Buffet concert last night and it was our first experience with the stadium. I definitely don't understand the positive reviews unless people are just buying into the hype. It is a very boring looking stadium inside. Minimal art or decoration. Food areas are sparse and poorly organized. The food and drinks we did buy were terribly expensive and poor quality. Seat rows are so tightly spaced that I couldn't put my legs straight and I'm tall but only 6'3". Acoustics were terrible and the entire concert the direct sound was too loud while then suffering from echo a few milliseconds later. I was hoping for more.

Marco Antonio Jesse & Joy were awesome. Great location.

Great place to go. Clean restrooms and very fast and free charging stations with many different chargers.

It is a good event center. The food courts are pretty nice. It is very large and it doesn't matter were you seat, you get always good view.

Amazing structure.good food. Horible parking prices and seats have little leg room . Go kings!

All the seats are good. Music sounds great and watching the kings play is always a blast.

Great venue. Even the cheap seats have a decent view. Lots of food and drink choices, just to expensive like most concert venues. Parking options aren't the best but the farther away you park the cheaper it gets.
And walking around downtown isn't difficult.

Did not like it. Seating is terrible as the seats are so close to the row in front of you. If someone has to get up the whole row has to get up. I wont go there to see a show

The prices are way to expensive for my tastes. $50 for 3 glasses of $2 buck Chuck wine. The venue was beautiful.

The outdoor dining experience was really neat! Great service and the live music was fun.

Arco echoed, Golden 1 buzzes. Like fixtures arn't bolted tight enough...you can really hear it in the bathrooms. The building feels rickety to me.
