I have only 2 experiences here. My last one was last night for Luis Miguel concert. I had a "because I'm a nice lady" upgrade my tickets to a lower level. Her kindness was not overlooked. I am very appreciative as my plans to surprise my mother did not work out due her feeling ill and ended up taking my 3 year old. If it wasn't for this nice lady, me and my baby would have been sitting at the top with what looked like intimidating stairs to sit with a toddler. Thank you nice lady. Both my experiences here were very pleasant. Thank you Golden 1 Center for the amazing experience! Thank you "nice lady" for the ear plugs!

Love the arena in general but the food is horrible. The choices are very limited and the food is subpar. No gourmet sauces for the gourmet hot dogs..etc.

Love the new arena. Much better than the old Arco. Makes sacramento feel like a real city. Like the layout of the arena.

Whatever you think about the arena, it's something else entirely to be inside. I've come here for one UFC fight and two basketball games and it really impresses. From the selection of food, wine, cocktails and beer to the focus on local microbreweries and cuisine from local restaurants, this place is a cut above almost every arena I've been to.

It's easy to enter, but I'd have your electronic or printed ticket at the ready. The prices on food and beverages is very high, so I'd explore the first floor and second floor to get a better sense of what's available. Seating is cramped and there isn't much room in front or behind you. Good selection of events. Be very careful of where you walk because the stairway is very steep.

This place is amazing. Well done, except for parking and traffic. Oh and streets are shut down after an event so you need to walk for a few blocks to get an Uber. So plan to add 20 to 30 bucks for getting to and from.

The seating is very close together, anyone walking by is practically on your lap. But other than that, great facility.

The Golden 1 Center is an astounding building. The inside is very clean, and is well designed. The main concern most people have are the prices, for example a 12oz of beer is around ~$14, however that should be expected for any large stadium. Overall, a great place that I would strongly recommend.

Great venue for music but the seats, especially up in the higher sections, seem excessively steep. I miss Arco.

Second time coming. Once to a Kings game. Second was PBR. Clean, great staff and the seats seem to all be great for viewing.

This place is huge and has lots of places to shop and spend time with friends.

Seating is really tight. Comfortable chairs but terrible leg room.

A lot of walking but inside they offer wheelchair service.

I have not seen the kings here but I have seen 2 concerts here. The sound and acoustics are great

Amazing Arena and area but some of the seating has clear barriers and it can be harder to see the game if u are a certain height because it will split the court and the food is not edible and it is costly( I have not tried all food but the pizza, nachos and pretzels were not worth it at all). Love the entertaining nature of kings games but they use fire which leaves the arena smokey at the top. Needing better ventilation. There are alot of restaurants around the arena so I would eat befor going to any area thrown events.

Disappointed by new facility. Would rather take the trip to the Oracle in Oakland.

Very open setting. The lower level is the way to go. Lots of food and beer choices. Kings games are fantastic to watch here.

Parking is too far away. Need shuttle for older people

Took my daughter here for her first Arena show to see the Foo Fighters. It's been a month and she won't stop talking about it.

The Company that owns the Golden One center really needs to have Infinity for Bose company do the sound system completely

Clean. Well maintained. Secure. The seats ate reasonably sized and comfortable. All gender restrooms. Good location.

Beautiful new arena, very open concept.... unfortunately, the seats are too close together. Parking downtown is so expensive $25 is ridiculous.. tailgating in a parking garage is just not the same.

Beautiful new arena. Each seat has a good view. Excellent ambiance and location. Entry/exit much less congested than the old Arco Arena.

It was fun and I went monster jam last weekend and last night I went for PBR and they were both great experience. In conclusion always use Golden 1 Center in Sacremmento Calufornia.

Beautiful new venue home of the NBA Sacramento Kings. Great place for concerts. Very clean, lots of restrooms. Very helpful staff. Be prepared, drinks and food here are extremely expensive. Expect to pay $5 for a bottle of water, beer and cocktails are $14 each.

Staff was nice and prices were gouging as expected. Smokers be warned, there is no "smoking section" and ins/outs were not allowed.

Excellent attention from their bilingual staff, very accessible and knowledgeable about their work, highly recommended !!!

This is an awesome, brand-new, state-of-the-art arena in downtown Sacramento. This arena is beautifully designed, with architecture that dazzles the downtown area. The coolest thing is that itnis an open concept, and one can walk up to the arena and look in through the open face of the arena from the downtown commons area. There are massive screens hanging above the court at street level, offering a nice view inside.

Tickets were still available, but box office closed. We were able to purchase online. The show itself rocked! The seats ended up being awesome for a last minute purchase. Tried to purchase early online, but the system wouldn't let me pick the tickets I wanted. Said I was stranding a single. There were only three tickets left in the row. Also, I wanted a freaking ticket stub! Lame.

Nice venue but the seats are so small and stuck together tightly. Great for children size people

Tucked away location, zero wait time and as always with Golden 1 outstanding customer service!

Downtown is busy and crowded. Not my ideal location and the area is very small.

You can t leave the stadium not even to smoke a cigarette. You know how expensive it was for a family of 4 do leave the stadium during half time so my kids could get fresh air and I take a smoke break and be told I m not aloud back in

Great venue, parking is easy when arranged beforehand. Have driven from Reno multiple times to come to this venue. They bring awesome people every year

Went to Disney on Ice. It was a great venue. Bathrooms are plentiful, concessions were varied and the seats are comgortably padded. Not a lot of leg room, so opt for center row and no one is trying to climb over you. Lots of parking structures within walking distance.
