Brand new facility is always great. Lots of open space when you walk in. Sadly their is only one place to buy popcorn,with long lines always. This vendor only sells limited selection of soda. You want the few other choices like Mr pibb or cherry coke? Need to go in a separate line. The scoreboard is phenomenal, probably the best on the planet right now. The worst part of the arena is the space between rows, because there isint any. If a small child walked down your Isle, everyone has to get up regardless of your size. This applys to upper or lower seating. Upper seats loose the cup holders. They clearly wanted that extra inch up top because of how steep the seating is up there and since it's hard to walk down the Isle as it is, this was their solution, just remove the cup holder. You wonder how much money this saved them to make it as tight as possible. Arco spacing was so much better. The seats themselves at Golden 1 are very comfortable, especially compared to Arcos hard plastic seats. Also the restrooms are so much smaller than Arco. Long lines for the mens. Don't know about the womens.

I don't get why new arenas still leave so little leg room.

Security staff do not allow empty water bottles into the stadium so that you are forced to buy $5 bottled water.

Great concert! Staff was very concerned upon entry if I was okay and might need a wheelchair. I felt well enough to walk with my cane, but leaving the facility was another story. Much of the staff wandered around with no specific purpose. Not a single one was concerned about my leaving and if I needed assistance when I was tired after the event. Otherwise, everything was stupendous!!

Unfortunately, an older gentleman fell down the stairs in the nose bleed seats. Too steep

I was not there for a game. But, the facility is great! Very modern and state of the art! The exclusive bars are magonificent!

Have your ticket? Great, come on in! This arena puts the Gold in Golden1. I scanned my ticket no problem, and my ticket for my friend was having problems. We got pulled to the side, and worked things out. No issues, no delema, no problems.

The arena is great and found parking close by. Although it cost $20 to park.

Pretty impressive new arena. Bummer about no cupholders though.

Went to a Tailgate party here. Jobe Fortner was performing, afterwards we attended the Luke Combs concert. Very nice

Went to a Kings game. That jumbotron though! I want one of those. Facility was clean and staff was friendly.

Many great items to attract people here, from the food vendors to the modern architecture. Only issue is it may be difficult to access for injured or handicapped individuals since even the closest entrances entail a bit of walking.

Awesome new arena, but everything is super expensive. Bottled water is $6. Parking is nuts. Uber is your best bet for just about any event.

Great place to see a concert. Sat to the side and in front. Ladies use the restrooms farther away from the door for shorter wait times.

Great venue. If you get to go when the big doors are open it's a great inside/outside venue. Sierra Nevada lounge upstairs is great for a half time beer.

The nosebleed seats have no leg room or even cup holders.

Do not sit in the 200 section. Scary for older foljs

Gold standard in movie viewing. Almost impossible to find with the construction underway. Recliner seats, drinks . Great experience

This is a really cool venue. Glad they put it in, good locations decent services, food and drinks are way expensive though.

Great new arena in downtown Sac. Love that they built the arena to the market size and have made a big effort to incorporate the local community.

Really nice arena. Not a bad seat in the joint. The surrounding area is booming. There I'd a nice buzz around the area and the Kings.

Not impressed. Sound was distorted. No leg room or cup holders in section 219.

Home Sacramento Kings NBA team, beautifully designed in downtown area.

First time visiting this new arena. I do wish they hadn't put it in downtown Sacramento. The old location is so much better considering the traffic and parking challenges of downtown. The venue is fresh and clean. The seats couldn't be much smaller and I'm not a large person. The steps are quite steep and a bit scarey when you are sitting up toward the ceiling. So much so, that we didn't get refreshments for fear of falling on the staircase. It's obvious they tried to fit as many seats in this area to maximize the profit, not the comfort of their customers. Won't be my first choice for music events.

Seats are too small and rows are too close. Service people were nice but prices are OUTRAGEOUS!
The concert was VERY good but the venue detracted from our enjoyment.

Great arena but the only con were the seats too crammed close together. Might not be a issue if your 5'5 and smaller but for a bigger man it seems a little too tight.

They profile veterans. I had to take a seat because i have a bad back from the service and they thought i was drunk and started watching me. I paid for seats im going to use them and should not be profiled because of it

Beautiful place... but why couldn't there be just a little more space in the seat walkway so people dont need to stand up each time someone goes by?!?!?!

Golden 1 Center is an enjoyable venue to attend events such as Kings games and concerts. The modern facility has plenty of space to socialize near food and drink concessions.

Amazing service, great view from all area of seating

This place was pretty nice but if ur scared of heights. Don't get in the very top seats because it's straight up. I felt like I was going to fall walking down the steps

Brilliant tiered seating, easy to see the stage/floor. Loved my experience seeing Panic! At The Disco. Best place to park is directly across, plan ahead!

Great facility!! They brought their "A" game when they designed this place.

Went to kings game and felt robbed went to game . Bought tickets for me and my boys. And snacks and drinks . At the end of the day . We g oh t the boot after all of our expenses.

Bud light $14! I've never seen that....Food and drinks outrageously over priced for a stadium. I'm used to the $7 hot dog being high priced, but at $10 they take it to a whole new level. Eat and drink before arriving.

Pretty steep stairs for the upper deck, but it's nice for cheap seats. Small enough for music venues... where ticket prices aren't too high!

Great venue! Only part I dislike about it is how unsafe I felt on the balcony seats. The glass divider and space between the seats to walk through each isle seemed a bit too crowded.

I found it funny that they had the sound of water playing through speakers.

Wow so I have not been downtown in years. When into the arena and its a huge difference compared to the old one. Sacramento is finally stepping it up!

Nice event arena and lots of choices for food nearby

Good view and audio for concerts in most seats and boxes. Pretty good food choices, drinks can be expensive but good. Clean and well managed. Park further away and walk a block or two for lowest cost parking

I love this arena. I always hear bad things about it but I disagree. All lower level seats are good. Parking is never a problem. I'd pick this venue over the bay area any day

Great arena with very nice amenities, design, comfort, and food choices. Entry and exit was also pretty good. Would definitely come to another event here.

Nice newer arena in downtown Sacramento. Well laid out and lots of options for food. Plenty of restrooms are inside. The upper level is steep though. Watch lots of people crawl up or down the stairs. Acoustic are great, saw Journey and Def Leopard there. Would go back for another concert. Q IQ would sit in the 100 level. Parking is around the area, use an app to reserve parking before hand.

Great location. Right in the center of lots of things to do. Ridiculously expensive food. $48 for 2 slices of pizza and 2 beers. Will never buy food or drinks there again especially since there are so many great options for food right nearby.

The concert was amazing the staff that work there was great no complaints

This place is amazing! From the moment you walk up, you are greeted by staff with a smile. The place is clean and has a modern, open design. Pretty much every seat in the house has a good view. I came here for a Sacramento Kings game and hope to visit more when I m in the area.

Nice place but horrible acoustics. Saw Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. I could hear better in bathroom than our $150. seats. Also, $24. for a can of beer?!?#$@... Really!
