Once inside great facility

Love the arena and being downtown Sacramento makes it all the better

Never been there but I have heard alot they hold a lot of concerts there

Inconvenient for anyone who wants to go to the gym. And the seats are small inside.

Be prepared to arrive 2 hours early to a concert event. We arrived over 1/2 hour early and stood in line for over an hour to even get into the building. Only 1 entrance for thousands of people to funnel through is just moronic. It was a horrible experience & I would never recommend attending a concert event at this venue.

Things were a little jumbled do to the ongoing construction around the center but a good experience.

Seems like a great venue. Easy getting in and out. Seats are a little tight front to back though, not a lot of legroom.

What no half star? It was horrible went to see kevin hart(funny as hell) but the sound was terrible up in the nose bleed seats but i guess you get what you paid for. Once the show was over the exit was a death trap up on the second floor exits where narrow and bottle neck everyone trying to use 3 foot wide stairs. The engineer must of said no one is going to come here so we'll just make the exits a last priority. Half a star dam it

Visited the sports rehab facility. Very impressive setup. Dedicated Parking was great

The only reason why I was there, was to protest their involvement and support of Bull riding and the rodeo! Its cruel to animals and needs to end!

Easy to get around, good food and drinks, great sound.

Went to see JLo here. Loved this arena the bathrooms were clean. It's located by so many shops and restaurants. Parking was so close!

Seats would've been great if my knees didn't hit the seat in front of me. The whole row had to stand up to let me out. So... Get an isle seat! And if you want a beer, expect to pay 15 dollars each.

They have done a great job on the outlying areas of the stadium. Wish the seat inside the stadium weren't so tight!

Kevin Heart show, it was great , however we have to wait in line 50 minutes, in line to get in, lines didn't move at all for 25 minutes, the show start at 7pm we got in on our seat at 8.10pm organization was horrible.
Security kids walking around for people not to use cellphones, however some people around smoking weed and security didn't said anything !!!didn't saw anything, !!!!weed is legal that's great for the users.
I'm not a user I should have the right to enjoy a show not exposed to this disgusting smell.

Amazing sound!! HATE the parking situation!! And that it's $30 event nights! As if 50$ for a pizza and $15 for a beer isn't enough!

Very convenient for ppl that works downtown Sacramento. No waiting in line.

I like this place, but the seats are super close together and they dont have cup holders. Plus the aisle is very narrow to walk through.

My visits here have all been awesome. Floor seats are best to not be cramped up.

Lovely place, went here for the kings game and was not disappointed!

Nice intimate place for a concert. The staff is very pleasant and helpful and the are many types of food choices. I also liked the size of the bottled water.

Love the new home of the Sacramento KINGS, first time visiting since we moved to Florida. Can't wait to come back, GO KINGS!!!!

We went for Wwe had the time of our lives.. Loved the lounge and will be going again soon.

This is Sacramento's new, beautiful, and luxurious arena. Home of the Sacramento Kings! Seeing a game or other event here is a must. It's the most advanced Arena I've ever visited; not just boring lifeless concrete everywhere. You are sure to be stunned.

Great space but that second tier!! Geezus pack your mountain climbing gear...it is very steep and unnerving initially. Also speakers in the way of the big screen. Lots of rest rooms. Overall not impressed.

Was there for University of Phoenix ceremony, easy to get around, parking one block from arena only $25 to park. Easy freeway access, when finished

Went to Disney on Ice 100 years of magic. This was our first time at the Golden 1 center. It was very nice and clean. Crazy busy! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Tickets are expensive

Its downtown, be prepared to be confused by 1 way streets and confusing Parking. I thought we left in time to get something to eat before the show, but the time was all used by the downtown traffic.

I'm a fit male, and the seats were barely enough space.

The rows are small, any time one of 10 or 12 people leaves to go to the bathroom, everyone has to stand up to let them out, and to let them back in. Ideally you want a seat four or five spaces in from the stairs.

Food and beverage is absurdly expensive, what did you expect. $10 a slice of pizza. A 12 oz beer was $14 dollars. That's more than a dollar per oz. for beer. If you plan on drinking there bring lots of money or I would recommend getting a beer belly or a wine rack for $30 and filling it with your favorite beverage.

I loved this place went to see Iron Maiden there only thing the Beer cost Alot so i only had one ...lol

VIP treatment is very poor. Staff received no directions and has us doing laps around the building.

Beautiful little stadium in downtown Sacramento, very well located and easy to reach. The atmosphere is good, the club is young and attractive to watch. Tickets are really cheap considering the smaller market, its well worth the trip if you are in the San Francisco area

Not handicap accessible. Can't buy handicap seating online. Seats are made for people under 150lbs. People can't pass u when ur seated unless u stand up and put seat up to accommodate them to be unable to get to their seats. Stairs are steep. Hard time climb with cane. $5 bucks for water . Roads closed, close to me event, so have to walk 2 blocks and up ramp.

Everything was great except the higher seats are very steep. If you have any problems with heights, anxiety, steep stairs or inclines, definitely pay extra to sit on the lower level.

Nice venue. Central DOCO and access to alot of new Sacramento destinations.

The worst concert venue in California. We were compelled to wait in the back of the venue for 20 minutes while they tracked down wristbands. The entrance we used for the disabled didn't have wristbands for customers with pit tickets.
The floor has 2 toilets.The bar has 2 urinals and 1 toilet. I was told there's more upstairs. Doesn't seem like enough for even 100 people much less 1000's.
Entry level security allowed the mosh pit to injure innocent bystanders. What kind of venue allows intoxicated people to run around on the floor.My wife got hit pretty hard and she was sitting in a walker right in front of the board

Great game day activities for the kids. Love the downtown venue.

Its a brand new arena most of all the service is high quality standard. Evetyone is so greatful, service always beyond. As for my own experience in hospitality industry from a 5 star hotel management, i am amaze.

Great venue! Had an awesome time, some things were not worth the price but it was a good time anyway

Venue is very disappointing. Upper level seats are so shear, it's frightening. Lower level slopes so gently thst big heads in front of you block your view. No leg room on either level. Not enough toilets. Not enough food options.

The most technologically advanced arena in the world! Friendly staff and a great atmosphere!

Can't complain. Went here for the Sam Smith concert. Everyone was very nice. Went here expecting the people from the TSA at the airport, but was surprised at how nice and friendly all the ushers were. Nice place.

Went to the draft party. $2 fries, popcorn, soda, Coors light, and hotdogs. No hotdogs in the line we stood in for 15 minutes (humm). All in all nice jester by the Kings org. Best to take Uber and save $20 on parking.

The concert was dope it was popping all the artists did they thing this is a nice place for my first time
