You always see posts on different places good and bad but my personal experience with John Gibson has been great. I traded in a truck for a can am Spyder and honestly they had some problems with the paperwork on thier end but it all got taken care of in a very professional way. They are very nice people to deal with. Joseph is a great guy and real helpful. The ladies in the payment dept are great. If you want a good deal with great people go see them. I'll definitely buy my next Spyder from there.

Great used car dealer took the time to walk through financing options with me and got me in a vehicle even with subprime credit. Definitely recommend asking for Joseph he'll get you what you need at a great price.

If you go to John Gibson you absolutely must go see Paul! I once heard somewhere that Paul walks on water and After 2 not 1 but 2 AMAZING buying experiences I believe he just might! Nice selection of vehicles. CAREFUL, always asks and know the TOTAL price... not the monthly payment. They are pretty good with numbers. Know your numbers and KBB prices. Sales people were respectful and responsive. We did not purchase.

They always work with me when it comes to making payment arrangements! Summer is always a big help!

We had a bad experience trying to get a car salesman's attention and the car we picked out had mold in the backseat, a lot of it. We wouldn't even test drive it. And we couldn't leave the car lot quick enough

I was very pleased with how the process went. I filled credit app out online and did everything by phone. Didn't have to go to dealership until I was ready to drive off with my motorcycle. Very simple and Joesph was a pleasure to work with.

Recently, during the pandemic we are having, most people are struggling. The car I was purchasing that I was being charged 3000 over Kelly Blue Book was repossessed and auctioned one week later. I'm a disabled combat veteran with 2 teenage boys, and a fiancee who hasn't been able to find work since April. I had become 2 months and one day behind on my payments, I was not good enough to be worked with on recovering the car. Completely uncaring and unforgiving company. My 2 DD214s (one Navy and one Army) were in the car. They've told me they'll keep the personal belongings for 30 days, but I now dont have a vehicle to get to the dealership to pick them up, and they wont mail them. I dont recommend ANYONE, especially fellow Veterans, do business with John Gibson Auto Sales. If I dont find a way to get there to get my personal belongings, yall feel free to hang my Purple Heart license plate up on the wall in your office as a trophy.

Still trying to get ahold of anyone in the sales department to talk about a Atv I just bought a week ago and I've tried for 2 days now and getting Ahold of anyone is next to impossible.

Despite Joseph s super busy schedule that We first hand saw last Saturday when we purchased our four runner, he assured and did everything beyond 100% customer satisfaction to take care of me and my wife. I did an online application on a Tuesday morning. I received a call that evening saying I was approved. I went there Wednesday around 1 pm and driving off the lot around 330 in a very nice vehicle.

Didn t and won t purchase a motorcycle from this dealer. They re asking... no, demanding... $13k for a bike worth $7k retail and refuse to negotiate. Complete scam, charging almost DOUBLE.

Here is my honest experience with this dealership. I got pre-approved prior to coming up to the dealership. Upon coming I met a dealer by the name of Joseph he was very personable and directed me to look for a car. After I found a vehicle I returned to him and he was able to get the deal for me. So about a day after getting the vehicle driving it from Hot Springs to Little Rock where I reside, the truck lost power. Very disappointed of course in a new purchase and new maintenance issues I called Joseph and he directed me to return to the shop. When I returned to the shop he quickly got me to the right people to fix the vehicle with no cost to myself. Now here is where I had a slight mishap. The vehicle had issues with the passenger mirror not folding in when pressing the button and not lighting with the turn signal. I voiced these issues with Joseph when I came back to fix the power issue. Instead of maybe just being straightforward or upfront and just telling me that he may not be able to take care of the passenger light or mirror, I was just left to call and leave a voice message after voice message and text message after text message before a entire month had gone by. I unfortunately was told by the service manager that it was too late for them to help. So no other issue other than that issue. But now I don't have any headlights nor do I have any interior lights but they did fix the misfire just didn't follow through with fixing the passenger mirror with lights not working. In my opinion is it's all connected somehow electrically is why my my headlights not working nor the interior lights work. However I am not a mechanic nor do I have electrical experience in vehicles I just feel like that it was connected. I feel like the experience would have been better had my dealer just told me straight out when they would be able to help me but for such and such fee you know we can look at it and diagnose it and see what's going on and get a get a price. Maybe something they can do for their customers in the future. Anyhow the vehicle other than the lights and headlights and interior lights is perfect I love it and I still feel like I made a great choice just unfortunate to get the runaround. Now I will say this before stopping at John Gibson Auto I had dealt with a lot of different dealers and I was told that Great American Auto on University in Little Rock Arkansas was their sister store. I would definitely just skip that store and head straight to Hot Springs it will be worth the drive. The staff at John Gibson Auto are amazing no matter who picks up the phone no matter who you see when you walk through the door every person on their staff is amazing. That is why I was very disappointed to not know exactly what was going to happen with those lights up front. Nonetheless if you are shopping for a vehicle I would definitely definitely stop at John Gibson Auto if you don't find something that you like you just not looking hard enough because they have some true gems out there and it was very hard to choose but at the end I love my truck and I will be back.
