Go see Paul at John Gibsons auto sales... Paul offered some wisdom to help me choose an awesome vehicle that I would love but also that I could afford without feeling strapped. Paul helped me drive off the lot with a vehicle I'm proud of. Also after going to 6 other places and sitting for hours only to be rejected, Paul had me fill out the online app before coming in and called within a couple of hours to let me know I was APPROVED! My wife and I drove down from Tulsa and the guys there were outstanding. It was by far the easiest experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The selection was amazing. They had everything and anything a person could want as far as cars,trucks,atvs,boats,campers and motorcycles. I've been to new car dealerships that couldn't compare to the selection at John Gibson Auto Sales. Paul was our salesman and he made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. The girls in the office were great also. I plan to do more business with them and would recommend them to anybody I know. Outstanding.

I was ripped off by this dealership in a really bad way. I purchased a boat from them and the first 21 days I had the boat it was in the shop. Yes, the entire 21 days. It was a nightmare and Gibon's did NOTHING about it.

And of course their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. At one point the guy who sold us the boat said "There is no lemon law for boats in Arkansas so there is nothing we can do for you and hung up".

The mechanic that worked on the boat told me that the engine was a poorly re-built engine and that I was sold a bad deal and if John Gibson's had simply tested the boat in water they would have been able to clearly see that it had issues immediately.

The mechanic in the end said that the ONLY fix was to get a new motor.

I was warned that I would be scammed by these guys from friends. Lesson learned. And the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

They were awesome the service was excellent the bike is amazing all though it could have came with a new battery.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Super easy and fast. Paul was so friendly and made the whole experience stress free. Definitely would recommend coming a buying a car from here.

John Gibson is not a man of his word! Nor does he intend to keep his word when he gives you his word! We are paying almost $20000 for a truck that he promised to fix. It was sent to his 'personal' mechanic but was not fixed! Now we are having to pay $5000 for a new motor! We have put too much into the truck not to fix it, plus we are trying to rebuild credit! John Gibson will not return our calls nor is he ever there when we call! DO NOT TRUST JOHN GIBSON!!!

My wife and I have been looking for a car for the past two months and after being turned away from countless dealerships countless times I was finally contacted by the wonderful Chris and was told that he had gotten my approved for an affordable down payment on the car I wanted. He is absolutely wonderful. He is willing to work with any situation to make sure he gets you in the car you want and as fast as possible. He has a wonderful way of making you feel like family. We will definitely be returning customers!

I love John Gibson!! This is my second car with them and any future cars my family needs we will head to them! My first car was a Tahoe that latest 3 years before someone totaled it! The only problem I had with the vehicle was needing new tires about a year after I purchased the vehicle. Duh! It s a used car people! I was pleased with simply just the tires in the entire three years! After that car was totalled I purchased a cash car. Because let s be honest no one wants a car note. Well it failed on me about two years later but John Gibson didn t fail me! May of 2016 I drove to John Gibson at 3pm from Little Rock, explained my situation and they had me on the road in the car I wanted in time for me to get back to work in Little Rock by 6! Amazing customer service!! Tina is an angel and is always trying to help! My air conditioner went out and she went above and beyond to make sure I was helped! As expected these are used cars...they have a little wear and tear so yes just like any car dealership a car can have issues. Keep in mind new cars have problems as well and you pay twice as much at least! In my experience with them they would not sell a vehicle knowing it had a problem. They are good honest people and have our business for life!

Want to thank John Gibson's for making things right with our contract. Kyle and his wife were very nice and treated us with respect.

Came in this past weekend, and was asked to write a review by my salesman, Paul. He was kind of a hyper man to me, but provided excellent service. Paul was kind, helpful, full of smiles and the young lady who helped with my paperwork made sure to make my transaction quick and easy, I thank them both despite being so busy. If I shall need to make another purchase Paul will be the first man I go see.
