The customer service experience from Gerry and Roger is Paramount. You truly cannot get better customer service from anywhere in town No matter what kind of business it is. Gerry makes me want to buy Cadillac forever!

I brought my 07 CTS in for service, Matt Robinson assured me with complete confidence that I my vehicle would be taken care of. I felt very special when I picked up vehicle and found that the maintenance was performed quickly, was covered under warranty. I am so pleased that I WILL be back should the need arises in the future. Thank you so much to Mr Robinson and the maintenance staff.

They do not treat everyone the same. They told me on the phone that they could definitely help me (after I gave them details reflecting my financial picture at the time) but it was a dog and pony show when I got there. They left me sitting while they "asked the manager if he could do a discount"). Not only did they turn me down but it was handled abruptly and rudely. People remember how you make them feel. Now that my credit score is better I will not be considering them for our next vehicle. In fact, I've shared my story to folks considering a vehicle purchase.

I was not exactly sure what I wanted when I test drove the SRX, I just knew I wanted a crossover. We had been researching on the internet for several weeks. I narrowed the search down to the Range Rover Evoque, Mercedes GLK, and the Cadillac SRX. Drove all three and the SRX won! Not only was I impressed with the SRX, I was completely impressed with the dealership. We felt the staff went above and beyond to help us and my salesman was very knowledgeable regarding the features on the car.

Top notch service at the receiving dock awaits you here.... I will not recommend this location for beginners in an 18 wheeler and long box ...stay out....new cars and limited dock alignment are the obstacles....

My husband and I had a terrible experience at Orr Cadillac. Robin Hinds texted me Saturday night at 6 pm telling me a particular used car they had for sale was indeed available, and we scheduled an appointment to see the car Monday morning. She knew we had a 5-hour drive one way. We arrive only to be told they sold that car Saturday and could they interest us in something else. So either Robin lied to us to get us into the dealership or she is utterly incompetent and never actually confirmed the car was available. The manager was kind and apologized, but either way we ve wasted 10 hours of our life on Memorial Day compliments of Orr Cadillac.

I usually work with Roger. He's great. He typically knows who I am when I call without me having to tell him which is nice. He remembers things we discussed about my car during previous service appointments which is also great. He took the extra time while I was there this last time to help me figure out some settings in my car. I was definitely not something that was required of him.

When purchasing my 2012 SRX from ORR Cadillac I had the support from all the staff. From the salesman to New car sales manager. The financial department made this purchase very easy. They are all top notch. They are with you every step of the way. The service department also played a very important role in my decision. I will be a returning customer as well as recommend them to everyone I know. The best place to shop for a vehicle. I really am enjoying my vehicle. Thank You again.

Now I know car dealerships have a reputation for bold-faced lies and crooked practices, but this place steals the cake, and then sells it back to you at a 500% markup. Drive three hours to buy a car that was promised, show up to have someone try and put me in a different car, and am given three different stories as to why the car I was promised wasn't here. First it was supposed to be there when I arrived, then an hour away, then it hadn't left Hot Springs (supposedly). First nothing down, then $1500, then $3000+. After being shuffled around to 4 different people (aside from the initial salesperson who promised everything), I left empty-handed with a wasted tank of gas. A call to a Cadillac dealship in Texarkana determined that the claim of the car being in Hot Springs was also a lie, so throughout the entire experience there was not a shred of truth from the mouths of everyone here. Be aware of this if you choose to shop here, and it would be my recommendation to just make the extra 30min trip North to Texarkana where at least people will be straight with you. Truly despicable.

Ericka was an outstanding sales person and Tripp was an awesome sales manager. We have bought from a lot of local dealerships throughout the years and none have come close to the service provided by the team at Orr Cadillac. It will be hard to get us to go anywhere else after our experience. They went above and beyond to treat my wife like royalty as she was getting her first Cadillac for Christmas this year. I went in to Orr Cadillac last week just to window shop really, but ended up with a great new car! The sales and staff were very knowlegable and courteous. I especially want to thank my salesperson, Joey Fefel, for all his help and time. He went above and beyond to make the deal happen, answered all of my questions, treated me as an equal and did not talk down to me because I was a woman. He made this car buying experience smooth. I would and will buy from him again and will be recommending him to anyone in the market for a new or used car! Thanks again, Joey!

Shreveport Orr Cadillac is the best car dealership in our area because of their service department. I recently called Orr with a problem I was having with my car. My service tech, Shelby, listened carefully to my problem then told me she would order the part right away and let me know when it comes in. She also validated that my extended warranty would cover the problem. After a few days Shelby called saying the part had arrived and she asked if I would like valet service. My answer was definitely YES! They picked my car up at my home and completed the work that same day. My car was back in my garage by 3:00pm. Such awesome service!! They made my day.

I had a great experience of purchasing a car here, even though I had to bring the vehicle back the next day because of the air. I took it to the service center Friday and was told that I'll get it back Monday but no word yet and its Wednesday of the following week. I called to check on my car but no word back from the representative its frustrating because its a brand new car and I'm still waiting even tho my car salesman was great but the service center could do a way better job and communication.

Called on 06/24/2020 to make an appointment for an oil change, representative asked for my number, stated to me to oil change was free, because of warranty. Arrived 6/25 @ 8:17 am, for a oil change only!!! while waiting in the customer waiting area, I was told to come look at my car because it wouldn't start. Then I was told I needed a battery, a cue-stream, & I owed 119.00 for my oil change!!! I declined all services except my free oil change which is under warranty. Roger called & stated my car was ready, got to the dealership car wouldn't start, I questioned Roger he got upset & rude, stormed off upset like a CHILD. There is a problem every time I visit this place. Yes I needed a oil change, yes this morning my screen was jumping & beeping but I didn't expect to run into 1500.00 dollars worth of issues. This place has poor customer service, their slow, unprofessional, & their trained to find & cause issues with your vehicle. Please stay away!!!! No one in the service department has masks on!!! People wear masks COVID-19 is REAL!!!!!!! Don't bother speaking with Jerry the manager; waist of time!!!!

I purchased the 2014 Cadillac XTS for my wife and I must say from the General Manager to the Service Department your service was excellent I will tell all my friends and family about my experience and I would like to give a special thanks to Gerone Collier he was on point with everything I could think of.
