A very well located and originally furnished hotel with high standard. Very good breakfast, also the restaurant is great. Staff very good and helpful. We recommend.

Good business hotel

Breakfast sometimes a bit busy at the buffet

Yes it is a very interesting concept of the hotel so closely connected to the famous book, but the rooms itself are completely uncomfortable, you always have to think where you can put basically anything you might need to put, there is no space at all. Staff during breakfast is so stressed and running around but nothing really gets done, tables are always dirty and they would only clean them by request. There is an additional menu that you can request food from, but good luck catching anyone from the waiters to ask for it. Bread is very pore quality feels like it is unfrozen. WiFi in our room was not working most of the time.

Everything was good during the stay, great room, breakfast - everything is on the level. The room is small but has everything you need. On departure, a double payment was charged, which was discovered by accident. This spoiled the impression. This is a high class hotel you expect impeccable service.

Nice hotel with nothing much to complain or get excited about

Definitely the best hotel in St. Petersburg and, above all, thanks to the individual client-oriented approach. Especially, this concerns the reservation service and in particular, Anastasia.
Also - the reception and Evgenia to the front desk.

We spent the night a couple of nights in May with the whole family. we were upgraded to a two-room suite with a sauna, which was a perfect surprise, especially pleasant given the St. Petersburg climate. breakfast is extensive, there is porridge, cheesecakes, and scrambled eggs.

The city of Saint Petersburg is listed as a UNESCO world heritage city, because almost all corners of the city are old buildings, European architecture, classic style, and still awake. The shape of the building is maintained, restored, if any is damaged, the renovation process will be returned to all forms. I see this Radisson Sonya Hotel in St. Petersburg is the same. Has an architectural design or looks classic outside. But if you enter it, everything is modern minimalist. So, people still feel comfortable being in a building that if photographed from the outside is full of that ancient and detailed curve. Cool

It was only in a cafe on the 1st floor, I liked the atmosphere, and the service and food

Top service. Perfect location. Stylish room. Gym well equipped. Steam clean and always available. The breakfast buffet is rich but not always as good as it looks. But always fresh juices, smoothies, fruits. The dinner is the opposite. The selection is rather small for the quality is top class. Staff always friendly and accommodating. The ATM is unfortunately not reliable. Hanged itself several times and then Windows has restarted.

Good and beautiful hotel. Room a little narrow for 2 people, on several days especially in winter when the suitcases are full. Small space and tiny wardrobe. Nice staff, restaurant somewhat overflowed at dinner. Princely breakfast!

Lived in a premium room. The room is good, clean, comfortable. For breakfast there is an additional menu so that it is for you to prepare dishes, sorry, we did not immediately notice this menu. Everything would be fine, but at check-in we had a late check-out (it s not clear why the official website says that it can be made up to 18 hours without additional fees, and at the reception it turned out that from 15 to 18 it will cost 50% of room rate). Agreed to leave at 15 o'clock. In the afternoon we went down to the sauna, and upon returning to the room the card stopped working :( At the reception at that moment there was only one girl who was busy with another guest, and as luck would have it, nothing worked, did not work, and we had to stand 15 minutes in dressing gowns at the reception with a bunch of people waiting for help when they help us: ((((Of course, we understand that the girl was busy counting on another person, and out of respect for everyone, we didn t interrupt anyone, but don t pay attention to guests in bathrobes, do not call colleagues for help, so as to resolve them as soon as possible Lema -. somehow sad As a result, we could not stand and asked for our check cards, and the system did not have a late departure information and these 15 minutes are reflected in our late for an important event :(.

The hotel is quite nice and conveniently located, but the devil is in the details: very slow WiFi, the room was cold, the bathroom smelled of sewage.

Good hotel, placed in the historical centre of St.Petersburg. It has bar, restaurant, gim and hamam. Rooms are small, but comfortable, have coffee machine, refrigerator and conditioner inside. Very comfortable bathroom and toilet (joined).

A very nice hotel at a good central location in the city. Staff is very polite and kind, really good. The breakfast is great. Rooms are nice as well, large and with a good desk and chair where one can work comfortably for a few hours.

This is more domesticated version of a fine hotel .. Nevsky one is more commercialised looking one alongside the main road

Everything is good, but in 211 rooms there is no closet and places to hang clothes for only one, although the room is double.

It is comfortable. Breakfast is rich in bread and cheese. The bathroom was full of towels and couldn't be used up (^^; The elevator doesn't seem to be able to press the button on my floor without holding the key.

Lovely decor, the rooms were large very well kitted out and always kept very clean. The breakfast collection was good with both a hot a cold buffet including some traditional Russian items. The hotel staff were excellent, always helpful and can assist with booking tickets for shows or day trips if required.

Interesting hotel, but with parking trouble. Very few places. And judging by the fact that all the machines have Petersburg numbers - it is used for cars of employees or their friends.

The neighboring hotel treats the parking lot for customers more carefully ... We are ready to hold a place and call when the place is free.

Cells. The top floor is generally Papa Carlo's closet with a tiny window on the ceiling.

Excellent hotel in all ways. Took care of my daughters special dietary needs with a smile and without any hazzle at all, to name just one of many positive details.

At first it didn't seem very much, especially compared to other Radissons: heavy dark design and rooms and public areas, a little tired rooms (but, they say, renovation is in progress). The site stated the presence of robes, they were not. Breakfasts are very poor: potatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, porridge, sausages, bacon from hot dishes.

But after several nights, the opinion completely changed and this is the merit of the staff. People are always important! Very polite, very friendly, unobtrusive, they will always help and prompt everyone. Feels like a Radisson team worthy of the most upscale hotels.

Of course, the influence of quarantine measures is felt - the restaurant's cut menu, the bar is open until 23, breakfast restrictions ... But everything is done for guests in this regard - sanitizers at every step, gloves and masks are freely available, staff are strictly in masks, tables are wiped antiseptic, the temperature is measured.

The location is very good. Center, but not tourist, namely the St. Petersburg atmosphere. Near the Summer Garden, Nevsky, Fontanka.

Excellent service, nice and welcoming staff. My husband had a birthday and they sent us Complementary bottle of champagne and fruits , which was really nice of them. Highly recommended hotel

Not the best idea to make a hotel from the old Leningrad courtyard. The walls are sooooo thick and you can throw your phone out, in this hotel it is useless, because in addition to the lack of signal from any operator, wifi does not shine with speed. The rooms are very small, that's right there is absolutely no match for the price tag for accommodation.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It was extremely comfortable and nice. I've never had a slight negativity. They were very kind to the employees. You can go to many places on foot.

This hotel offers good value for money.

The food offering is 3.5/5 - it is by no means a full English breakfast but it offers a nice selection of cereals, fresh fruit juices, a few meats like bacon, as well as cured meats. At dinner the food can be highly repetitive. Battered meat/fish seems to be on offer every day - with fairly plain deserts. However, it is all filling - with unlimited portions and good for the price of the hotel.

I stayed in a standard room. The bathroom was superb, the temperature was good and it was very clean and modern. However, we had 3 of us in the room. There were two singles and one Z bed. The Z bed was appalling. Upon sitting up, the whole bed collapsed underneath and even kneeling on it.

We had to complain several times to reception before it was eventually changed. This kept us up late and was really annoying after a long flight. The replacement bed was a proper bed and extremely comfy.

The location is 3.5/5. Everything within a walkable distance but it is a bit too long of a walk for older people.

For the money - I would recommend this hotel. It s very clean, extremely safe (with very robust security systems in place) and has wonderfully friendly staff. However - if you had more money to spend - I d personally opt for nicer food and a slightly better location.

One of the best hotels of St. Petersburg on the interior and atmosphere. But you need to refine the breakfasts (behind the level of the hotel - there are many comparisons)
Nearby there are cafes and restaurants. Before Nevsky about 15 minutes walk, 3-5 minutes by taxi (100 rubles)

Stylized as the works of Dostoevsky, the room is decorated like a library with a mosaic panel. But the breakfasts are very scarce, a lot of sweet (flour) and there are no cereals at all. It is possible to order breakfast in the room, so there are excellent pancakes )

Cannot fault the service of this hotel, particularly Alexey and reception staff. Alexey in particular went out of his way for us. He ordered a taxi to pick us up from a Venue one evening. On his own time, he went to the venue to ensure the taxi was there to pick us up. Excellent service

Loved the bed. Soft mattress, soft pillows and blanket. An assortment of food and drinks for breakfast cheers you up all day. Polite, helpful staff. The hotel experience is the best.

I recommend the hotel! I liked everything, the pleasant interior, the polite staff, the abundant breakfasts (see photo). I especially want to note the furnishings - the interior was created by Swedish architects, and the works of F.M. Dostoevsky were taken as a basis (in the corridors you can read quotes from great books, in the room - a lot of photos of the author and the spines of his books, etc., even the name of the hotel refers us to Sonya Marmeladova from "Crime and Punishment").
In addition, the breakfast restaurant, although located indoors, is decorated as if you are in a birch grove in the forest (see photo).
The hotel has a small gym and sauna.
Also note that for the first time I see a room in which there are enough storage places (shelves, drawers, bedside tables, hangers, etc.). If you stay in a room with a large family, things, usually, have nowhere to expand, but everything is very convenient here. Thank you very much for that! By the way, the room has an ironing board, iron, kettle, coffee machine and minibar (hairdryer, safe, air conditioner, bathrobe, slippers, hygiene items, including hand sanitizer).
And yet, for a fee, you can mark your pet.
I definitely recommend it!

I stayed at Radisson Sonya week on week for over 3+ months and during this time it never disappointed. On my arrival every Monday, I was greeted by my name with a smile and my room was always fantastic with a welcome pack of chocolate or savouries. My Russian was non existent at the time but the staff spoke very good english and communication was always good.
The rooms are all very well presented and felt like 'home' when away. The bathroom/ shower was also excellent with decent toiletries.
The buffet style breakfasts are fabulous and nothing was too much for the chefs if you wanted something that wasn't available. Seating was also great and tables were constantly being cleaned so there was always somewhere for guests to sit.
The location to the city centre is great with very decent amenities surrounding the hotel also.
Will return post lockdown.

Between the Radisson Hotel in Moscow to see a model that they have of the beautiful city in a tour to go and the guide took us inside the hotel but I was not really expected in that hotel it is beautiful a super building equal to a building that is in Warsaw Poland

I liked everything, if you find fault, then the mattress is too soft (this is an amateur) and the faucet in the bathroom, which spills into the edge of a large sink (hello to the designers)

A very decent hotel. Good location - 10 minutes to the Chernyshevskaya metro station, there are many restaurants nearby, a Spar supermarket across the street. Very unusual interior. Perfect cleanliness in the room, the most comfortable bed, blackout curtains, the room has all the necessary accessories (bathrobe, slippers, shower cap, cotton pads, ear sticks, tea, coffee, kettle, refrigerator, free water). And the room itself is generally very well thought out. Cleaned every day.
There are two jambs. The first - in early November, it was cold enough in the room + a weak pressure of water in the shower = a whole test to wash.
Second - many of the rooms overlook a glazed well (atrium), at the bottom of which there is a restaurant. We were lucky - our window looked out onto the street. But I still think that the hotel should notify about this when booking.
Everything else is good.

Cozy hotel, conveniently located. Nice breakfast, varied and fresh food. Adequate administration, in particular, we were able to agree on a late check out for feasible payment. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the room has everything you need, even a coffee machine is ..

1. Inconvenient card elevator system and stairs. It is too difficult to get to the floors in which your colleagues live (if your floors do not match). Yes, and on your floor to get - show the map.
2. Buffet breakfast scanty. Turn to the only coffee machine. The coffee machine huddled, in general, had to pour tea.
3. Buffet for lunch scanty (1 first and then peresal).
4. The conference room is cramped, well not yet in the basement. Entrance to the hall through the restaurant, which hosts another conference. It is inconvenient. Air conditioning turned on after all soaked.
