Went to Joe Hubers for dinner today. I ordered a fried chicken salad. When it was brought to me it looked good untill i started to eat it. The lettuce looked like it sat in the refrigerator for over a week, and i also found what ever the thing in the pitcher is in it also. They stared to give me a discount of 1.30 but when asked to talk to the manager, who never came, the waitress came back with a charge of 6. O9. Needless to say i wont be back!!! I wouldn't even give it a star. The picture is of a piece of some dark thing couldn't even tell what it was. Nasty!

It was a waste of time, my kids only enjoyed the hayride to pick out a pumpkin. The food was ok, definitely not worth $108 for five of us to eat.. Good luck with your business; we won t be back!!!!

Everyone should visit this orchard especially during Halloween...so much fun for kids & adults. Restaurant has great food & reasonable prices. Unique gift shop. Will definitely be returning this October w/all the grkids. A fun, fun place for families to go for a day of what we considered great prices w/loads of fun.

Hubers, as always, was AWESOME!
We were seated for our reservations quickly, there was abundant space for parking AND dining, and OH...THE FOOOOOOD! INCREDIBLE! Huge family sized portions, and our delightful server kept refilling our bowls and baskets as we requested! BURP! It was the BEST birthday ever for me!

Very nice place. Havent tried the restaurant yet. I've heard the place is being sold to new owners so I hope it doesn't close to the public. Took the grandchildren there to pick a pumpkin out of the patch. They enjoyed doing that . Nice family place. Lots of spots to capture family pictures.

My family and I along with my in-laws went there for my brother and sister-in-law's anniversary celebration after church. The food was fresh and hot, and the fried biscuits were fought over due their awesome taste! We all enjoyed past visits to Huber's Farm & Restaurant, and today was no less.

There are many things to do and see at the farm, this review is relevant to the restaurant only.

The menu features a lot of chicken, their specially. There are a number of sandwiches and side dishes as well. Pies and cobblers are offered for desserts.

A small bar and alcoholic beverages are available. Basic popular choices, nothing exotic.

The service is friendly, attentive and efficient. The food is good, but not outstanding. Nothing fancy, nothing spicy, nothing out of the ordinary, just good quality homestyle cooking.

Live music was provided by a single vocalist with a guitar. His performance was pleasant and not so loud as to be intrusive or interfere with quiet conversation.

Santa was there in person a week before Christmas, and as one would expect, he was a big hit with the kids.

The decor and atmosphere is that of a no frills banquet hall. Everything is clean, neat and in excellent condition.

This place can accommodate groups of any size.

Acres of free parking and pleasant views.

Fully accessible to wheelchairs.

Credit and debit cards accepted.

Hopefully they stay in business, there's rumor at this time of the descendants of Joe Huber trying to auction of to real-estate developers... This is a great farm open to the public and riding a tractor to go picking pumpkins in the fields here is a classic tradition that should be encouraged.

We we re forced into getting the all you can eat family meal which was disgusting! We were watched the whole time we ate and were whispered about maybe it was because we were 4 young black people. Every time we asked for a refill they would Bring us a piece of chicken here a piece of ham there never refilled our sides, we were rushed to leave the check was brought out only a few minutes after the food.all and all our experience was TERRIBLE! I will never come back to a place that makes me feel that uncomfortable fit being black enjoying dinner with my friends.

We make it up to the Huber restaurant several times a year. It's often crowded with a long wait around peak times. You can expect a delicious farmhouse meal. We like to do the Country Platter dinner as it has ham, fried chicken, chiken and dumplings (the wife's favorite), and a selection of sides.

Perfect place to go when you want a really southern home cooked meal. You will never leave hungry. Great place to take the whole family. Lots of things to do at Hubers besides eat like pick pumpkins in the fall and visit thier winery for wine tasting.

I have been going to Huber's my whole life. This place is perfect for family trips and field trips. I love everything about this place. The food is amazing. My son loves the Zucchini fries and we all love the biscuits with apple butter. At least every year we go for the strawberries and pumpkins. If you have never been here, I highly recommend it for a fun time.

It's just way too crowded during Autumn, everything cost money. From the petting zoo charging everyone from 12 months and up 5$ to only having the availability of a 20$ buffet available at the restaurant . It feels less like a family location and more like a theme park. Definitely not like it was 20 years ago when we enjoyed bringing our children out.

You will not overpay here, try as you might. Portions are immense, especially the sides. The $1.00 dinner salad add-on was the size of a salad you would expect to receive as your meal. The chicken and dumplings will feed a family of 4. The Waldorf salad was wonderful. The dressing was light, the apples were fresh, and the walnuts were full. My wife and I split the country fried chicken meal, and we were not disappointed. The chicken was super-crispy, and the gravy was very flavorful. I loved that it wasn't clumpy, but it wasn't this either. Just right. We were both stuffed long before dessert. But you can't skip dessert at a place like this that is known for their pies. So we soldiered on. Glad we did. The blackberry cobbler was excellent. Light, sweet, pie-like crust, huge berries, smooth ice cream. Perfect topper. Giving 4 instead of 5 stars because the chicken and dumplings, while large, was not good. Tasted fishy. Dumplings were pasty. But seriously, get the cobbler!

Don't waiste your time and money coming here on fall break. We drove an hour and a half and got here with no activities for the kids. There were groups of kids from field trips that were pushing and running wild on the only small playground.

We just left the Thanksgiving Buffet. We had reservations, at 3, but had to stand in line outside in the cold for 30 minutes before we got seated at 3:20. The food was terrible and the buffet was disorganized. They brought out one pie at a time, so needless to say, we never had a chance of getting a piece. They had cobbler that was thawed and put over sternos, but was served cold. Terrible experience! Such a disappointment!

Good food, good service, friendly people, but overpriced. Cleanliness is a little lacking in the restaurant and the '70s cafeteria furnishings need updated. The rest of the property has a very well maintained, park like atmosphere.
