Parking is a maze like disaster. It's surrounded by a fake cookie cutter generic mall with over priced food and drink. The arena is cramped and seating is tight. Very expensive. This is an unpleasant out of the way place for events. If you have choice watch your event elsewhere.

Good venue for sports and concerts. Views are good even in the upper level. But, you may want to bring a jacket since the ac hits you in the upper ends. I've been cold most of the times I sat there.

Awesome experience! We attended an Coyotes game in an "All you can eat" section for the price of parking at an Alberta arena. Awesome seats and eats without burning a hole in your wallet

Great place to watch hockey. The seats are comfortable and the staff is great. The food and drinks can be a little pricey but it is what you would expect at any stadium or arena. They also have a Tim Horton's that serves poutine.

A very impressive sized arena for all the needs one might need. The concerts are exciting, the sports events are entertaining and the food is pretty decent as far as arenas go. Loved coming here and felt extremely safe with how much security and precautions there were. Will definitely be coming back.

This was my first concert at this arena, and it was the most fabulous time, ever, because the artist was P!nk! She was absolutely amazing and her sets for each song were truly outstanding. I had seats in the upper level at the very bottom, which had a glass screen. She did a high wire act, and was super close to all of us there, waving.

Went to a Coyotes game. The arena is very nice and the new scoreboard is great. The concession prices were absolutely ridiculous, even for a professional event. Been to many and the Coyotes are showing zero love to their fans.

25 bucks to park...are you kidding me.. I'm parking the car not putting it thru college. Will be calculating that ridiculous fee into the ticket price. Much better venues than that too. You can keep your 7 dollar bottles of water too.

I came to this Venue for the first time to experience the Trans Sberian Orchestra for the first time as well! The staff was friendly and helpful and helped my family find our spots easily. We had floor seats which were packed shoulder-to-shoulder to accommodate for as many people as possible.

Having a craving to get in the christmas spirit, and to escape the claustrophobia, I headed to the concession stand in hopes of a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, Gila River was only selling typical ball game food -- footlongs, tall boys, lemonade, popcorn, etc. That was pretty disappointing that for a christmas show they couldn't offer a more holiday like selection. The show was great! The venue was meh.

The arena area is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable and there's a ton of stuff to do outside of the arena. The only downfall is the drink prices, yikes! $45 for 2 margaritas, even if they were doubles.

Been going to Hockey games here

Been going to Hockey games here
for years. The entire family LOVES
GILA RIVER ARENA! The staff are
warm, welcoming people, who want ALL COYOTES FANS to have
a great time. FOOD and DRINK prices are reasonable, and the arena is kept EXTREMELY CLEAN.
There's always a great crowd, and
it's fun meeting and speaking with
other Hockey fans. We can't wait
to see another home game!
GO COYOTES!!

Attended PINK concert here that was awesome. Pleasantly surprised with the flow of traffic leaving, they have a great system. Did pay for premium parking, well worth it. We parked a few yards from where we entered.

I love this place. .. maybe too much because I love hockey that much. But it is even a great venue for concerts. Parking is a typical bit of crazy, but you can park for free in many areas. Then after your event. .. you can visit the restaurants, bars, or outlet shops. The dancing fountains and music are great.
