I love this concert hall because of the perks it has! If you attend a concert here you get a discounted room at the BEST WESTERN in Tolleson AND a FREE shuttle ride to and from the concert! When booking the hotel let them know you are attending a concert at the Gila River and you will receive the discount!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean seats... Great customer service.

Love going here to see the Coyotes play. We go alot. There is alot of parking all around the arena and plenty of shops.

I saw the Smashing Pumpkins at the arena; it is an excellent venue for concerts. I wish they put large screen televisions on both sides of the stage so people far away can see better. I would go back and see another concert there though.

Decent parking for large shows (but pricey), easy enough to get around.

This place oozes corporate sponsorship. A sad example of the money-grubbing eyesores developed by wealthy sports team owners who view fans and community like organisms to be exploited. It must be devastating to know your best days are when the Hawks are in town and the stadium is filled with away team jerseys.

Live this place. Love the shopping and restaurants, very well designed. Go as often as I can. Go yotes!!!

I really love and appreciate the nursing mother room! It's nice to be able to go somewhere quieter to feed and change my daughter, I wish more places had this option!

A great time with my daughter at the Coyotes Canucks game. Richardson gets a natural hat trick to treat all attending to a free hamburger!

Home of the Arizona Coyotes. A beautiful stadium with great visibility in almost any seat.

Love the acoustics. It's one of my favourite venues for concerts. Just hate that you have to pay to park there.

I'm giving it a three because how do you take the cap off water and yet say it's a throwing risk but a can of beer isn't as big a risk. The concert was great though the sound and performance by all the Blake Shelton line up were fantastic worth the cost

Location location! I love that it is located in the Westgate Entertainment District. Plenty of places to eat or drink before and after Arena events. The venue itself is clean and easy to get to. I'd come back again.

1st visit for Arizona Coyotes Hockey Game and we had a blast.

Was there as a volunteer but stayed into 3rd period of coyotes game to watch and all staff were very nice and helpful, plus the facilities were kept on the entire time I was there.

This was my third concert there. Great venue! Love that the Marketplace is right outside with all the bars and restaurants!! And the Desert Diamond Casino is right there too.

I went here for a hockey game. The arena was nice. The food and drinks were extreeeemely expensive. $12.50 for a 24oz domestic beer lol. Talk about price gouging

Loved seeing my favorite band of all time here! The Smashing Pumpkins rocked the Shiny and Oh so Bright tour opener here! Will attend more shows here in the future! Felt very comfortable!

Thorough security screening but moved quickly. Arena has been kept up well. Great venue!

Worst experience ever at the hockey game. Bought tickets and flew out from Denver, never got in. Got management to help solve the issue. Ended up not getting in 1 hour later. My time is worth something! Heck everyone s time is worth something. Do better! This is ridiculous!

I would only come out to the West valley for Westgate. The stadium is in a great location even though the Coyote's are moving soon.

Very nice place. We love how energetic the environment is. We always make a night for hockey, while watching spring training every year.

Awesome sports/food/people place. Great place to hang out before/after a game of football or hockey. Car and motorcycle cruise nights make it even better.

Went to a Hall & Oates concert. A smaller hockey arena so the acoustics weren't great. But good access and visibility. Part of the Glendale sports complex so much to do and many restaurants. Sorry no photo.

That staff is awesome but really six bucks for a bottle of water. That's crazy.
