My experience was amazing! Friendly employees who were extremely helpful. The bathrooms were close enough and clean. Gate 6 for smokers was easy enough to locate. Seating/viewing was fantastic. It was getting chilly by the 2nd period, so, I'd recommend wearing/bringing a sweater or purchase a hoodie or blanket from one of the sports shops. Parking was horrendous because I had arrived nearly and hour before the game started. I recommend that you get there about 2 1/2 hours early for optimal parking choices, especially if you're handicapped or disabled. What a wonderful experience. Thanks, Gila River Arena! I'll come back again and again and again.

I went to see the Pro Bull Riding here and had really good seats...they really put on a good show with lights and mysic. The arena is clean, and security seems adequate but my gosh the concessions are ridiculously expensive.

Clean facility, polite workers. Very helpful in getting you to the right section and finding your seat. Even the concessions people were very polite. Ticketing was fine, except there are a lot of fees. Parking is not inexpensive either, but free parking is available.

Attended my first Rattlers indoor football game...It was Bomb! Games goes a little faster since its about half field whuch to me makes it very exciting. They had fireworks, opening up with motorcycles on deck and severals footballs made it to the crowd during the game. We met some cool people all around us. They gave away prizes to people on the screen, had free giveways in the lobby, nice prizes, drinks food and alcohol. I'll definitely be back to see another game...Oh and the Rattlers won

Will never buy concert tickets from this venue again, they send the online sales through Ticketmaster which gets ravaged by bots taking everything out from under you after logging in and waiting an hour. Then your only option is to buy it from a 3rd party site for a 20%+ markup and an additional 45$ service each, all because there s no up to date protection to prevent the 3rd party bots from taking everything

Enjoyed concerts, hockey events, and other forms of entertainment at this venue. I believe they only sell beer in the first level and possibly Liquor on the second level or in designated spots. There is also a food available. Elevators available throughout the facility. Staff is very helpful. And parking in the dyructure is very close... however that parking is very difficult to get out of after event, I suggest leaving early to avoid the traffic jam or parking at Westgate.

Gila River Arena is an amazing place to watch the Coyotes play from anywhere in the arena. The pictures I ve attached are from Section 209 row G seats 8-11. Gila River is also awesome for all other events, shows and concerts. My family and I have been attending games, fights, and concerts here for years and will continue for years to come!!! GO YOTES!!

The layout of this arena is quite nice. The "nosebleeds" weren't bad at all, compared to some other arena's. The food/drinks were typical for a hockey game. My only complaint was that after the game, they didn't give you a chance to shop the proshop. They were closing the gates as we walked towards it. Understand the arena wants to get people out to clean up, but I thought it was dumb that they wouldn't let you enter the proshop from the outside after closing the gates from the inside the arena. I would definitely go to a game the next time I visit.

Awesome facility, this arena has always been fantastic to see a hockey game or a concert at! Paying $15 to park is a bummer. If you go early enough you can find free parking. Great places to eat at inside the arena too!
