My experience was amazing! Friendly employees who were extremely helpful. The bathrooms were close enough and clean. Gate 6 for smokers was easy enough to locate. Seating/viewing was fantastic. It was getting chilly by the 2nd period, so, I'd recommend wearing/bringing a sweater or purchase a hoodie or blanket from one of the sports shops. Parking was horrendous because I had arrived nearly and hour before the game started. I recommend that you get there about 2 1/2 hours early for optimal parking choices, especially if you're handicapped or disabled. What a wonderful experience. Thanks, Gila River Arena!
