Michael did absolutely nothing to help us, except show up and declare himself out agent. Apparently the listing agent, also with JK Realty (they ARE just kidding when it comes to professionalism!), was too busy to ever come see the property.
It's a rental, so Mike let us know we were just beer money. The neighbors in the garage apt are NOT pharmaceutical students as we were told, and they own 3 pitbulls! The pool is still green! Worst realtors I've ever encountered. Ever. They repeatedly lied, and acted like complete jerks.
JK Realty is a joke.

JK Realty is a great group of agents. They are professional and have a lot of integrity. They love to have fun while selling a lot of real estate.

I was and still am I cannot say enough great things about Angela Clevenger. I have NEVER worked with a realtor who has integrity, is honest and goes the extra mile, then along came Angela. I swear to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, call JK Realty and ask for Angela if your expectations are to be treated with respect, dignity and 100% transparency. Angela thank your for such a terrific home buying experience, you are in a category all by yourself!!!!

I have tried numerous times to view their website and had nothing but issues. It seems a little odd for a real estate company. I have to wonder if this is even a real company.

These people are shady. They are using robocalling to drum up business. They called my phone even tho I am on the do not call registry, I doubt I would ever do business with a company of such low moral fiber.

Marcia Shultz is a licensed agent working on her own behalf who doesn't know what she is doing and has taken advantage of us. I have filed a formal complaint with the Department of Real Estate to protect the public from this licensed agent. (1 star checked only because you have to in order to post)

HUGE SHOUTOUT to the awesome duo Ron Lombardino and Lee Pasko who helped me buy a beautiful piece of land in my budget. Ron and Lee made the entire process worry and stress free. They were incredibly informative and I felt like they had my back every step of the way. Ron and Lee came out and walked the land with me and Ron even drove way out of his way today just to cut the chain on my gate For your AZ real estate needs use these guys, I highly recommend them.

This has been an awful experience, my house hs been on the market for 4.5 months now. My agent is not returning my calls, we had a surprise showing on Saturday and the agent for the buyers also stated he never received an answer. I called the listing broker yesterday to be told he was in a training session and would call me back. Surprise no call back. I have tried to be nice and nothing is happening here except they are wasting my money.
