Always fair with me. I worked hard digging trenches to start, but I showed foresight and attention to detail. That gained me respect with my coworkers. Then the supervisors gave my shovel to someone else, and gave me an EMT bender. I made organ pipes at many jobs with it. It was a shame to cover them with ceiling tiles. But that's how it goes......
