Great service, competitive price, and great product.

Our company has used JHF for several years and have always had excellent service from everyone we have come into contact with. I personally have been ordering for my company for one year now and I have had nothing but great service. Returns are quick and simple, billing, ordering, everything. Orders ship out in a fast manner; they even use our custom item number on their invoicing, making it super easy to determine what was ordered. Trust me when I say that if we didn't like the service and products they provide, we would not be doing business with them.

I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank you" to Dillon, Joe, Leslie and Josh for all the great service they have provided to our account. I have been doing business with JHF for over 12 years and they are always professional. If I have any issues with orders or pricing they are always willing to work to keep our business partnership working like a well oiled machine. Look forward to our continued business partnership.

I have worked on several large to small sized compressed air projects with John Henry Foster over the years. I have always received fast responses for all of my requests. They are also knowledgeable about their products. I definitely recommend them.

Won't be using this company ever again!
$25.00 - parts
$245.14 - labor
$74.00 - mileage (mind you we are located in the St. Peters, MO area..... not some rural back country road!... our company is only located 14.5 miles for the main address of the company. Nothing like getting over $5.00 a MINUTE TO DRIVE!)
$125.00 - travel time (what the heck does that even mean??.... isn't the point of offering your service mean you have to drive to the customer to give the service???)

I can understand for charging for the part and the labor (even though the repair man couldn't fix the problem) but the travel time & mileage is extremely excessive!

Called and tried to get the bill reduced, but they wouldn't. Paid them a portion and now they are threating to send this to a collection agency..... good business..... NOT!!!

Good luck to all who do use them..... get your checkbook out, cause it s going to cost a fortune!

I dealt with people in the back, because front desk sent me back, their work place clean and organized.

I came for O-rings, Pat was very helpful, polite and professional.

Great people, great products and even greater employer!!

Our company has been using John Henry Foster since 2008 and we have never been disappointed. I wear a lot of different hats here at Overby and I don't always have time to call and place orders. My rep and their sales dept has made it very easy for me to email orders over and gives me quick confirmations which makes my life easier. When they have had to come out and service our equipment they are always efficient and thorough. I appreciate their hard work in keeping us happy and I know we will have a long lasting business relationship.
