Wish I could give zero stars. Been sitting in this place with $720.55 in the machine after a power outage and the technician can t show any sense of urgency to come get the machine back on. Won t be playing their machines ever again.
Service is 110% quicker than other companies.

J and J Gaming is an amazing company. Our account manager is Nicole, and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She is super attentive, kind, patient and checks in every week, sometimes twice a week to make sure we are okay. I highly recommend J and J Gaming over any other gaming service.
WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!! My machine went out in the middle of a bonus and I called 7 times a technician never came out in the 5 hours I waited for him and the answering service was so rude and did nothing to help me but argue with me and tell me to wait ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Your company should not be in business If you can not properly run it !
My wife and I have visited many places that have been taken over by J&J Gaming. we've noticed that the managers and owners seem to be much happier with J&J, the family operation seems to be a much better fit, not only for the businesses but for they're customers as well. We know that this company is new to the local area but see great things happening in the near future, where as Tap Room had become stagnant and falling quickly in the gaming industry.
We originally chose J&J because they were at the forefront of the fight to legalize Video Gaming in Illinois. Now, we stay with them because of their service and attention to details. Seldom are there issue but when there is, they have an immediate response. Thank you J&J for being our partners!
I can t say enough good things about this company. From my account manager Nicole, to every person who has serviced my machines, installed Cameras, or helped me in anyway. They are professional, efficient, and kind. The repairs and service are quick! I ve never had such great service! I m so very happy with my choice in switching to J&J! The transition was smooth and stress free! I look forward to many years with J&J.
J&J gaming biggest rip off in the state of Illinois they have their machines rigged if you see J&J logo go somewhere else I'm never playing Their machines again A&E or B&B has better machines
As a business owner, J&J is hands down the best gaming vendor in the industry. They're there when you need them. Customer service is priority one. I haven't met a single J&J employee I haven't liked. If I could rate above 5 stars, I definitely would.
We at the Cottage Inn love J&J! We seldom have problems with anything, and should we, it is taken care of very quickly. All the employee's and Gaming Reps are very knowledgeable and polite. No question is a stupid question. They even helped us prepare for the return of gaming by providing partitions and sanitizer for our patrons. J&J are number one in my book!
