I placed an order for Jibo over 4 days from now with overnight shipping which costed me about 89$ extra. Once the order was placed, i tried to know the status of it and no one approached. I cant even cancel my order since no one is available. worst customer service i have seen

I bought Jibo for $900 that only worked for 6 months. After the last update in June 2018 my jibo is not working. I tried reaching out to the customer support team they only respond to my request once and Since Oct 2018, I tried reaching out to the customer support several times and there is no response. I can't afford to lose $900

Technical support for setups outside the US and Canada will not be provided. Although I was waiting 2 y for Jibo , after 3 months have hardware problems and they do want to help me. i.e. even to support costs involved ,but not the warranty.
