ERE Property has been managing our buy to let in Leeds since 2016. James Biscombe has been looking after our account from the start and we have been extremely pleased with the efficient service he and his team have provided. James has always informed us of any issues promptly and kept us updated until the issue has been resolved. Absolutely unprofessional and with no idea what they are doing.
We could not get in touch with them for weeks and when we did, we had a little or no information about our new property which we really liked.
One of the office girls couldn't even spell her own name in her very "professional" emails.
We are very disappointed with ERE, after a month of stress and discouragement caused by their staff.
After a month of wait they came up with the excuse someone broke into the flat and, it needs repairing of wall..... Well, thanks for telling us 4 days after we were supposed to move in.
It made us wonder if all this troubles were on purpose because they promised the flat to someone else and we weren't suppose to view it
We have bought three properties from ERE, the team have been really helpful especially James Biscombe who has gone above and beyond in helping us with our queries even though some do not come under his remit, he will collate all the information and send to us within 24 hours as we had requested one point of contact instead of multiple.
