I had a knee scan on May 4. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, the examination proceeded normally but when I left there was no one left at the reception. So no results or report. Since I live more than 100 km away, it was agreed that the CD would be sent to me.
3 weeks later, I had nothing, IMPOSSIBLE, and I tried more than 50 times, to have the radiology service on the phone, the general switchboard does not answer either and when you get to get the service "Go you ", there is nothing they can do ...
In terms of administration and patient service, this clinic is a real mess. For care, it is a matter of people.

Scalded by a first rather laborious programmed cesarean section (in a Parisian clinic), it is very stressed and a knot in the throat that I went to my 2nd Caesarean section always scheduled at the Polyclinic of the forest. I was not really in the state of mind to give birth to my child, but sadly in that to undergo surgery ...
10 days later I only have one word that comes to mind: THANK YOU! Thank you to the entire maternity team, from the secretary of my gynecologist, through the latter who gave birth to my little man, to nurses-midwives and nursery nurses. All these people without exception have kept something rare, in addition to being professional, empathy and compassion.
For this human warmth and for all the rest, again THANKS.

Today the secretary of the anesthetist department called to ask me to come 30mts early. Regarding a sncf strike day I said I was going to do my best. New call from the secretary, The anesthesiologist wants to finish earlier and doesn't want to wait for me. So I have to take my afternoon so that the appointment is maintained. An appointment of more than two months !!! Super accommodating the anesthesiologist. I too would like to go home early, eh in the evening. !! And I am not asking for any excess fees to do my job !! Lamentable. Frankly with such a mentality no wonder we don't move forward

worrying ... My mother had surgery yesterday, 17/05/16 knee (prosthesis). The day before, the 16/05 at 16:15, I accompany him and informs the 2 nurses present that my mother has important pbs of memory, and very quickly loses its bearings. She had surgery in this clinic in January 15 (hip prosthesis) and she had already reacted very badly to the anesthesia => she was systematically running away from her bed; Last night, she called me to tell me that she had got up after her operation and that she had hemorrhaging, what about surveillance?
Today, she calls me 6 times and asks me to pick her up, tell me what was transferred to the hospital ... I fear the worst. I call Polyclinic at 20h, closed standard, bravo for emergencies, I insist a lady answers me: Yes she is here but I can not pass it to you, who tells me that you are his daughter :-): - ) :-), I do not have the right.! I tell him that my mother is in danger !!! she goes to see, I hear her screaming: MRS FOURNIER !!!!!! MRS FOURNIER !!!!! YOU ARE PAST ABOVE THE BARRIERS !!!! then, nothing, beep, I hang up in the nose because this lady had to be in panic mode. Since then, I managed to have a lady who reassured me, but impossible to have my mother online .... No news, good news as the saying goes!

I have a shared opinion, 5 stars a few years ago for the service which deals with colonoscopies ..... and one star for the disdainful, haughty ophthalmologist and asking for payment of the bill before the visit !! !!

I had a very good follow-up by Dr. Ndiki and a very good birth with the midwife Christelle and two people from her team. Thank you !!!

If you want serious postoperative problems ... go to this clinic completely dilapidated! You have a horse fever and we stick you in a room in full sun, without air conditioning, without shutter. It was a real ordeal. A total failure of the surgeon who nevertheless did not hesitate to ask me to exceed the fees!
I WILL NEVER REMOVE THE FEET !!!

the anani gynecologist is good: attentive, friendly, explains well and is available 24/24 for deliveries, even on weekends.
on the other hand ... the ophthalmologists..are not famous .... and they do not make the pupillary gap on the prescriptions of glasses ...

Dr. Francois MERITE is a very competent, professional and extremely empathetic doctor. I recommend it with all my heart.

Avoid the Ortho service. it is a waste of time "Dr Stephane FOURNOL" thinks only of collecting money. No skill.

I lived there 2 of my deliveries, team with the care and respectful of my waitings. Service of quality and Dr N'Diki is very nice and in the listening! I recommend.
The extra bed for my spouse to stay with me throughout my stay was a "luxury" that I greatly appreciated. Auxiliary childcare very available and taking our little bits if need rest at night. Clinic on a human scale where intimacy is respected.

Completely disorganized polyclinic .... If you want post-operative complications following two kidney operations, go ahead, and we'll let you die like animals in the street !! It is very serious to leave patients on the sidewalk ... But hey, it's typically French !!!! Continue like this, don't change anything especially !! On the other hand, regarding the excess fees they will not abandon you, believe me !!!

My pregnant friend was followed by an excellent Obstetrician Gynecologist. However, he left the polyclinic for the hospital for security reasons. So although I have no problem, it is clear that I do not recommend this place until action is taken.

During the consultation of preoperative anesthesia, the anesthetist doctor asks for a fee overrun but he is not present during the intervention !! It's the nurse doing the job ...... Amazing !!!!!

I gave birth at the Forest Polyclinic maternity ward in March 2015.
When I arrived I was scared to death with everything that was said.
The new gygy who completes the team reassured me. It went very well. For the epidural the anesthesiologist presented himself without delay.
I advise you to meet this team and visit this renovated maternity ....

The secretariat of Dr Fournol is to flee. The secretary has significant difficulties apparently writing. A six is actually a zero so if you thought you had an appointment at 4:00 p.m. Therefore she was very rude calling us borderline ignorant when she can not write or that she made the wrong appointment time will know. My father despite his recent surgery has moved for nothing! This woman will ruin the clinic by failing to be able to honor the appointments.
