Internet outage issues are frequent. Within 2 months there has been several times when there is no internet or total outage. Definitely not an option for people who need uninterrupted internet service. Service is provided only during working hours. So if you have internet outage in evening 7 p.m don't expect internet to be back before next day afternoon.
Prior to Jetspot I had BSNL, although BSNL service is quiet poor the problems faced were very rare. Changed the rating to 1 star from 4 star.

Internet is now back on track. Thanks for extremely quick response. Increased the rating to 4star from 2stars. Will definitely increase it to 5 star upon observing good service for a longer period.

Initial Review:(29th April, 2018)
This is my review after using Jetspot Nitro Fibre Plan for the last one month. On many days the internet speed is good. But on many Sunday evenings I am observing the download speed to get very low(Less than 2 mbps while my plan is of 25mbps). Also within one month I think I have had internet outage 2-3 times atleast. Although they respond well to complaints on working days only during working hours but issues with the internet keeps happening very often. I would give it the extra star for its low and competitive pricing.
