I was one of the first customers of Jetspot when it started. It was one of the best services that i had used. I have two connections, one for home and one for office. But I am sad to say that over time, its service as well as quality of internet had gone down. It is no the same anymore. It keeps fluctuating like ortel used to and especially in my office where work gets stuck up because of this.
Their customer service never answers the phone and i receive an sms saying if we din not answer then kindly mail. Your representatives pick up the phone once in 10 times. It is sad to see one of the most potentially great internet services has gone down so much.
The fibre facility is also not there all over the city. My office is in Mancheswar which is an industrial area and which should have been one of the first places to get it.
Anyway, my internet is not working again=, which has happened for the 2nd time in 7 days and no one is responding on the phone. My connection ids are JS068 and JS 139. I am thinking of cancelling because of the service.
