I am an user of JetSpot for the last 4 months and I have home nitro fiber connection 1298 Rs plan in Infocity Greens Apartment. The internet was really good for the first 2 months but for the last two months the internet is unstable. Sometimes it goes to 0KBPS which hampers my work. In a single day it happens a lot which is making me frustrated and angry. I have complained many times and it seems the technical persons have no idea and no solution. Look I don't care about the money or the high speed data, I just want a stable internet and stable speed. I had given 5* but now this forced me to give 1*. Edit1: Really appreciate JetSpot team for resolving the above mentioned issues in a short span of time. I don't know what you guys did but I am not facing the issue for quite some weeks. Updated the rating to 5 .

Edit2: Super Unstable Internet is being provided by JetSpot.. I am not the only one complaining. You will be frustrated after opting for a fibre connection and spending 1300 rupees per month. Owner, Please don't say me to change the router, change the connection to FTTH, opt for a high end plan and blah blah. It's a problem at your end and you have to resolve it.

Edit 3: Everything is working as expected and not facing any issues. Customer service is top notch now. Expecting this type of service and professionalism to go on. Cheers
