I appreciate the efforts put in bringing the system back online after a disaster as devastating as Fani. After my area's connection was restored I still didn't have a connection to the internet. But my problems were solved within a day by the support team via email which was a welcome response.
Just one valid suggestion would be to make the customer care toll free contact system functional as all the communication is being done via emails which might not be a feasible option for many customers unlike myself.
Apart from that I am just happy with the response and that my internet connection is back online.
