Love Jensen s! A favorite spot for my family and me to visit on Sundays. There s usually a little bit of a wait during peek times but it s fun to meander around Ficus and Figs nearby while you wait. Great breakfast food, the Huevos Rancheros are delicious and the caramel rolls are to die for. The only thing I ve ever not cared for was the biscuits and gravy, otherwise you can t go wrong.

Best breakfast in the south metro. The caramel syrup and the berry jelly for toast is incredible. The morning staff is always on point. Depending on the time you go it can be a long wait. You can call ahead and they will add you to the list.

Jensen's is by far one of our favorite places to eat. The servers are always friendly and punctual and the food is fantastic.

The breakfast food was very good - friendly waitress that was very attentive. She walked us through the menu and what items she thought were the best. Received our food very fast - would highly recommend but get there early - it fills up fast!

Been here 4 times now and we live in Des Moines. Anytime we get to the Twin Cities we like to eat here.
Third time isn't a charm. Have waited for 90 minutes before and given up. Today we finally as t at Jensen's at the food is terrible. My wife had the Salmon Eggs Benedict and everything was dripping in bacon grease. It was disgusting. I had a horrible Turkey Club all the meat was dry the vegetables old and wilted and the bread stale. Yuck!
Service was excellent 5 stars and the food was very good. Maybe just a little dry.

I wish we had a Jensen's in Wisconsin! The 4 of us were amazed, everything was a delight to your tastebuds! The Caramel Cinnamon Roll is a must try! But it is big and even split 4 ways had us feeling full too soon! Bought some of their homemade syrup to take home, it is to die for! If we ever come this way again we will dine here again!!!
If you are ever doubt for what to order at Jensen's, anything that includes their custom syrup is a solid bet. I can't ever complain about the food I order

Probably the best breakfast spot in the south suburbs. The coffee is good and the food is consistent. Service is friendly. Be prepared to wait on a Saturday morning...but it's worth it.

This place is fantastic! I have never had a bad meal here and I ve tried a lot of different dishes. I always get a side of Swedish pancakes though!
No reservations so make sure you re prepared to wait or get there early or later. There s a parking ramp behind the bank with plenty of parking for free also.

They were incredibly rude when we asked to be seated after waiting for 30 + minutes! Everyone who was waiting with us and after us got seated before us! That s beyond RUDE!!! The manger was just standing and said NOTHING!! How are you a manger and not speaking up! I wasted my time and got not food!! I m disappointed at Jen s and the disrespect I got! I ve been coming to this place for years!
Jensen's Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities !! The food is ALWAYS good and I've never had a better breakfast anywhere !! Excellent service also. I highly recommend Jensen's Cafe !!

Took a while to get seated, took another ten minutes to place an order. Half hour later, the food finally came and it was obvious why it took so long.. Everything was overcooked. The drinks were watered down, fruit flies were buzzing our table the whole time and nobody came out for another 15 to check on our table. I was without a beverage for ten of that. to much to say about this place...
Ample parking, enjoyed a Jensen's Club sandwich that was one of best I have had. They have wheel chair friendly atmosphere. The server , Veronica, was very pleasant and customer oriented. I would return in a New York, second.
It's all about timing here. Expect a wait if dining normal breakfast hours. A classier breakfast joint with good food selection. Expect to pay about the same as other restraints of the genre. Portion size is a bit on the light side. 2 eggs = 1 normal size egg.
Very disappointing experience this morning. My Mom's bday and she chose Jensen's b/c she enjoys the oatmeal panckes. We found a table in the bar but my Dad (handicapped senior citizen) couldnt get on the hightop chair. We asked if we could get a standard table in the dining room and the gentleman in charge of seating said "no". My mother expressed that my father is handicapped and couldnt get in the chair. The man in charge of seating shrugged and said he couldnt just give us a table and that we could be put on the waitlist. Zero kindness or customer service skills. Zero. Sadly, our whole family and extended family and friends used to enjoy Jensen's regularly. We will not be back.

The omelets were great and they had good coffee. But let me tell you the syrup was were it was at. My kid was going on and on about it, so I tried his French toast... omg was he right it was amazing I'll be having something with syrup next time!!
We reserved our table and we were seated in the hallway and had very good service from the server she was very nice, only issue we had was kind of a big one. The food, all our toast was burned, my wife ordered a steak medium and it was extremely well done, almost burned, I had French toast which honestly tasted like heated bread, all our bacon was burned to a crisp. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is the service. Other then that food was not worth the almost $100 we spent.
i have ordered there egg benidict multiple times through out the year when i visit and every time the egg is over cooked! how do you do that! never going here again!
Also there coffee is always burnt!

Amazing! Expect a slight wait if going for breakfast or brunch, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommend the strawberry and cream pancakes and the regular mimosa (much tastier than the ultimate - they put ice in the ultimate one which makes it taste less like a traditional mimosa...plus it's served in a heavy mug. I prefer the champagne flutes, but you do you when you order!) The breakfast cereals (oatmeal) are only served until 11, so plan accordingly if that's what you plan on getting!
Love the atmosphere, speedy service, and all the options. Jensen's never disappoints. If you're in the area looking for solid brunch food, look no further than Jensen's!!!
