Very disappointing experience this morning. My Mom's bday and she chose Jensen's b/c she enjoys the oatmeal panckes. We found a table in the bar but my Dad (handicapped senior citizen) couldnt get on the hightop chair. We asked if we could get a standard table in the dining room and the gentleman in charge of seating said "no". My mother expressed that my father is handicapped and couldnt get in the chair. The man in charge of seating shrugged and said he couldnt just give us a table and that we could be put on the waitlist. Zero kindness or customer service skills. Zero. Sadly, our whole family and extended family and friends used to enjoy Jensen's regularly. We will not be back.
