I assisted my mother her first vehicle purchase, ever. We worked with Karl at Jenkins Acura. We are happy with the deal ($), which was largely handled over the phone as Jenkins serviced the trade-in vehicle, so they knew what they were getting. Even more important than the $$$s, Karl is extremely knowledgeable about the product line (legacy and new vehicles). He patiently talked Mom through everything that has changed between her 2016 and 2018 vehicles (center console touch screen interfaces were some of the bigger changes for Mom) and got her excited about all of the new features.
