Jayman BUILT

Had a new construction home in Sage wood in 2005. The electrical,plumbing, gas,and heating were not functioning. Workers installed it incorrectly We ended up moving in 2010 because of crime in the area

Our house is a jay man built it s about 7 years old and we r ripping out our carpets and putting hardwood down and after getting the carpets out you can really see the shity workmen ship put in the house it s horrible and just per laziness by the builder and hiding it I don t even want to rip anything else out to see what else is hiding Wouldn t get another house built by them again

Maybe I had too high expectations but so far its been a disappointment. From behinning to... still waiting for them to finish. Its been over a year now. Lots of defects onside and out. I made the mistake of sighning the agreement to give them the mortagge money and since then they have forgotten they still have a place to finish. Do not recommend..

Purchased a home from Jayman Master Built in 2019, took possession on Jan 2020. Everything went smoothly until the spring. The Grading and Driveway seems to be an issue for Jayman. We are now five months in with no yard, no driveway and no walkway, our house was the last built on the street. The shocking part is that my neighbor has a health issue and can t leave the house during this pandemic. They have an AC unit to make it more comfortable for him, but unable to use it until we are graded, something Jayman is well aware of. I have sent many emails and calls to Jayman. Now the drive is scheduled once again for a week and half. After informing them that the forecast calls for rain, not even a return call. Not trying to put Jayman down as I do love my home, but the seasonal work is an issue and they need to do better.
