Purchased a home from Jayman Master Built in 2019, took possession on Jan 2020. Everything went smoothly until the spring. The Grading and Driveway seems to be an issue for Jayman. We are now five months in with no yard, no driveway and no walkway, our house was the last built on the street. The shocking part is that my neighbor has a health issue and can t leave the house during this pandemic. They have an AC unit to make it more comfortable for him, but unable to use it until we are graded, something Jayman is well aware of.

I have sent many emails and calls to Jayman. Now the drive is scheduled once again for a week and half. After informing them that the forecast calls for rain, not even a return call. Not trying to put Jayman down as I do love my home, but the seasonal work is an issue and they need to do better.
