Getting the wrong cable takes me an extra hour and 60 km. So if you come for the second time, they help a lady with two people. So you can wait. Now it turns out to be a normal telephone cable. Have meters at home. So not happy today.

Friendly helpful store staff, who really take the time for you to sort things out. People who have to wait as a result are offered coffee, tea or chocolate milk. If you have to wait, you can take a seat in chairs or on a couch in a created 'living room'.

Our ADSL modem was defective, this is still an analog service from kpn, but very important for us because we require multiple counting numbers. We got the answer: then you just have to look at the Makro maybe they still have something there.
Then I left, unbelievable !!! 100 meters away, RSE is sitting in here and these people knew exactly my problem, and less than six hours later we were able to call again.
KPN thinks along instead of just being on sale, a very bad thing !!!

We are used to good service at this kpn store. Still, it didn't go so well this time.
I had returned a connection set that I did not need afterwards. A TV receiver would be arranged for me. I didn't have to do anything the charming young lady assured me. She even checked our mobile subscriptions well intentionally .. But I actually didn't come for that.
So today I estimated with the customer service and tomorrow I finally have my TV receiver. Sigh. Two weeks later
