Great, friendly staff. And the typical deliciousness you would expect from Jamba!

Super long wait with almost no one inside and once I got my smoothie it was literally so liquidity

This store is generally dirty the floor is always sticky and so are the tables. I ordered a bowl today and they were out of pineapple and didn't say anything until after I had ordered and paid... just offered strawberries which were already included also no fresh lime... ROXBERRY SMOOTHIE on State and 5900 South is way better more for your money better smoothies better bowls frozen yougert and they have a drive through:)

I love their green juice and the ginger shot. Very clean, great staff.

Been here multiple times hoping that I just got a bad one the last time... but nope, consistently bland and VERY watery. Roxberry- 3 miles away is a much better option to anyone looking for a quality smoothie.

Very nice. Kind of small but people are always in and out so it's understandable. Great selection!

Always good and friendly Service. I'm the type that is kinda like the old show CHEERS! Like to go where everyone knows your name. They've had a lot of turn over in employees lately but they train them right and very courteous.

Kids corner is awesome! My kid loved the blocks while we waited and the cashier checked my ID when I handed her my card, great service and friendly people

This place is painfully slow even when it's not busy at all. The smoothies are also never blended all the way through. I have yet to get one at this location that isn't chunky. Having worked at Jamba before, it's not hard to get a smoothie out in 2 min or less nor is it hard to blend them all the way through. Seems like there's a major lack of training and time management here.

They took FOREVER! there was 2 workers when I visited, and one girl just stood behind the counter waiting for no one, while the other had to make everything on his own!! She was not helping at all! He made all the mixes and didn't blend anything until he was done with ALL the orders he had. Very unhappy. It literally took me 20 minutes to get my order.

This was my first JJ visit and I really enjoyed it. Staff is nice and the store is colorful. My smoothie was A++

I would rate this jamba a 5 with out a question, but their customer service is not very good. They have this one guy that seems high off his mind ALL OF THE TIME.

I purchased a few Large smoothies for my family - they gave us all the extras in small cups. 2x smoothies on New Year's Day!! Let's go! Love the peanut butter mood

I wish there was more consistency across each Jamba Juice location for their smoothies. Sometimes the Orange Dream Machine is amazing and sometimes it's just a really sloppy mess. If I'm going to pay $6 for a large smoothie it better be the most fantastic thing I've ever tasted! So the brickyard Jamba Juice made the Orange Dream Machine fairly sloppy while the Layton Jamba Juice makes it like a nice stiff drink. But at least Brickyard filled it up to the top because a lot of Jamba Juice locations that don't even fill it up to the top where the smoothie touches the lid. And once again: if I'm going to pay $6 for this smoothie, I want every last drop!

Four people working in the back, and took 20 minutes to serve us with only 2 people before us in line. Probably won't be coming back.

I love Jamba Juice. That being said, yesterday's experience wasn't the best. Thus the 4 stars.

I've given them 4 chances to change my view but, they have failed. The staff is extremely lazy and slow moving, no smiles and very drab. I'm used to walking into a Jamba being greeted from behind the blenders with smiles music pumping and a fun emvironment. Not only myself but the many others in the store made similar comments. There was a group of business people heading out for our daily tasks and we waited about 15 minutes for our drinks... I ordered one small smoothie... 15 minutes seems ridiculous. The staff was wondering around and when I pointed out the poor service to the manager she tried to shh me and said "well we're trying" is that Jamba juices new standard...? "TRYING" I'll never go back.

They never have oatmeal ready in the morning and seems like they run out of things very often. Place is dirty with trash filled to the top at 7am!

Really slow service. Made an order online so that it would be faster to show up and get my smoothies before getting on the road. Got there 15 minutes after (it said it would be done in 10 so I gave it some extra time) and they still hadn't started my order. The location was also dirtier than other locations with some paint pealing off the walls. The employees never acknowledged anyone coming in. Very unfriendly and slow. I guess they were understaffed so not entirely on the employees. Perhaps management and owners should hire more people.

After waiting 15 minutes after my smoothies were supposed to be done I was told they couldn't make one of them. At this point I don't have time for them to process a refund on it and just want the other 2 smoothies so I can get going. You would think that they would tell me at the beginning and not 15 mins later. Terrible experience and will not be back. Hire more employees. Your employees shouldn't have to deal with this

Juicer is always down and your employees say theres an electrical issues. This as been a repeat reason.

Very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated when some classless hag felt she needed to come in and berate the staff. They politely listened to her complaint and tried to offer an explanation in spite of her rudeness.

The staff was friendly but this place needs a revamp.

Smelled funky. Usually Jamba stores smell good. Not this one. Dirty floor is the first thing you see when you walk in. Like when was it swept last? Manager sitting in the order area talking to someone with that filthy floor in her clear view. Dirty counter where you pick up your drink. Love Jamba but won't be visiting this one again. I kinda didn't even want to consume my juice.

Second time here and had an experience with the same lady I had here the first time. Just horrible attitude, no smile, annoyed at my request for a receipt, looks like she just rolled out of bed, doesn t say thanks or anything positive! I m afraid if I look at her wrong I might get slapped.

This Jamba Juice store is really fast and delicious. The staff is the best!

Took over 30 minutes to make and got my drink wrong, then the employee argued about not getting it wrong. They also were out of strawberries. NEVER coming back.

First of all, I LOVE Jamba Juice. It s a good little pick me up snack. I have yet to have a flavor that I think is totally distasteful. I would give all other Jamba s 5 stars.

But the reason for this review at this place....what exactly is this locations hours?! LIKE SERIOUSLY
I tried to come here a couple weeks ago around 8:40 pm on a Saturday, because google says they close at 10:00 pm. When I got there...they were closed?? Despite the hours on the door also saying 10:00?? I tried to go through and edit the hours on google myself but it keeps getting changed to 10:00.
I went back a week ago, (on a Saturday again) around the same time and they were closed. Are the employees just closing early despite the actual closing time? Or is the closing time actually 9:00 pm for Saturday s? Because then, I went again on a Monday, where the hours say it closes at 9:00 pm. I went at 8:00 pm. IT WAS CLOSED. SO FRUSTRATING.
I ve stopped even coming to this location because apparently, either the hours that are posted are wrong, or the employees are not very diligent and close an hour or two early.

To the owner, I d love an actual clarification, because when I m craving any food at night....it s nice to know if the place is actually open! So please clarify the hours or tell your employees to not close so early.

They forgot my order. I was standing there while they got everyone after me. They didn t even acknowledge me. I had to go up to them and let them know. I prefer Roxberry you get more for your money and better customer service.

Delicious smoothies! Just don't trick yourself into thinking that you're being healthy. The amount of sugar in most of their stuff is ridiculous.

Terrible! My daughter went in to get 2 smoothies - One was 2 inches below the level and she said something to the girls and the girls complaint that she would have to make another and charge her for second one. I called and talked to the manager and she said I could come back and she will have it remade. really? drive back? I offered to send a picture and get me credit for the next time she said NO. Amazing customer service!?? Usually go there but I think this is it for us! I would not take a chance on such rude people..

Had a great experience today with the staff. The place was slammed, but the staff was fast and courteous.

I showed up on a whim, so I didn't order online. I wore a mask, as did most of the other patrons. The store was clean and orderly.

Right before I ordered, I heard the phone ring three times and then it stopped. After I ordered some Karen came in with her hair in an a-line bob, and her right foot in a boot. She went up to the counter and was irate with the Jamba employees. She said they didn't answer the phone, which I guess was true, but she only let it ring three times. She said they should take the curbside pick-up signs down if they weren't going to bring out her order.

My daughter and I were there (she was waiting outside with Barack Obama [our dog]). I said something to the Karen, who was tampering with the curbside pick-up signs in front of the store. I told her to try and relax, and that she wasn't nice to those girls working in the store. She started blaming me for the problems she was having with her order. She was using negative epithets towards me and continually used the Lord's name in vain. Karen and her gutless husband both swore at me. Karen looked like she was going to get violent. I told her to "bring it." She said I was getting violent, and, I corrected her by stating she was adopting a violent posture, and that if she got violent, I would handle it.

Anyway, Karen and her gutless companion drove off, and a nice brown haired female employee came to the door to let me know my order was ready. I put a ten dollar bill into the tip jar because Karen wasn't very nice. My daughter, myself, and Barack Obama got in our truck and enjoyed our mango a-go-go on our way home.

Some of the other patrons were laughing at what happened between Karen and myself. I just think in this time in history people should be kind to those that are serving our needs, even if they are superficial needs like a smooth on a hot day.

The employees conducted themselves with grace and poise, and should be commended for bringing something delicious to my life, despite some of the awful people they have to serve.

Came to get a smoothy. The oldies music blasting on the speakers is so loud the staff cant hear what we are ordering.

The smoothies are good, but not enough to merit the 20+ minute wait time. Not to mention, 3 people who ordered after me were served before me. I've always liked Jamba juice, but hello! You have competition with Roxberry here! Step it up :)

We waited 30 minutes for four smoothies. The smoothies were simultaneously watered down and chunky. We will stick to Roxberry, thank you.

Not one for bad reviews, but this was the second time I ve been disappointed spending 9$ here.

Called in an order and got there 15 minutes later and they hadn t started on the shake. (No line) After not being greeted I handed the cashier a gift card which he at first refused to take, then took him 8 minutes to ring up.

After an additional few minutes I got my shake, and it just did not have the same strong flavor and kick the greens n ginger typically has.

Plus, I watched them throw away the extra shake! I guess I just got used to being given that if they made too much. Doesn t make sense to waste it.

I have been to this location 3 times now in the past couple months to buy gift cards. The location is always empty and not clean. If your store is not packed with customers i'm not sure why you can't clean & scrub the floors. Also has a.... funny odor the last couple of times. Needs a deep cleaning.

This is the dirtiest Jamba Juice you can go into, and the drinks never taste correct. The customer service is slow and unfriendly.

If you don t do fresh juice occasionally, please take down then advertisement sign, this is not the first time i got this kind of experience from this location. Learn from the downtown location!

So today we went to the brickyard location and I asked the guy (by the way he was the only guy there) who was taking our order what was the difference between the speciality smoothies and the regular smoothies he said just the price, really just the price jamba juice corporation you may need to do some training there. I can't believe what he said.

Left after twenty minutes of waiting two teenagers messing around in the back while the third was trying to take orders and make 20 drinks. They need a better manager in there not dumb kids.

They can't handle online orders and in person orders at the same time. Not the employees fault. Just a bad system.

im a big fun of jamba juice. i love it. but in this location, today. i bought a pb protein shake and it was awful, not flavor at all . too much ice and the banana they put it was black. i notice black chunks of banana in the bottom of the cup . apart from that there was a spanish looking lady that had an attitude. im never going back to that this location again.

Items were left out of my pb chocolate love twice in row.

Goodness. Probably the most lackadaisical crew of people I've ever encountered at a Jamba Juice, ever. The smoothies were good, but the service and atmosphere is sub par and the management should really look into. New hires or retraining employees.

Unfortunately I will not be going to jamba juice, due to them not Accepting CASH even though cash is legal tender in all 50 states and us territories, according to the federal reserve/government. I find it interesting that jamba juice will not except legal US tender/cash.

They ALWAYS take FOREVER, when I order a smoothie bowl. One time, I counted and 6 people who came in after me received their order before me. Last time I went in, the smoothie bowl barely had any smoothie in the bottom. Normally, the bowl is full with ingredients and smoothie. Go to roxberry.

This is the worst Jamba Juice I've been to, service wise. You're not greeted like you are at other locations. And they also don't call your name for your order, which leads to confusion when they call out multiple orders during a rush.

Loved the atmosphere and the smoothies were top notch. It would be cool to have a little bit more choices, however.

Came in @ 3pm on a Tuesday to try one of the new drinks on the menu. Sat waiting as others who came in after me got their drinks. Watched the employee chat with her friend while a drink sat between them getting warm and starting to separate. I thought 'I would be pissed if that was mine'. The employee then spilled another drink then took her time cleaning it up all while continuing her lively inappropriate conversation. Finally she calls my name and hands me the warm separated drink. I told her this has been sitting here forever she gave me a crusty 'so'. So I left the drink and had my bank reverse the charge. Jamba Juice you just lost one!

I know smoothies r suppose to be somewhat thicker not liquidly. Other than that I ordered it online it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I will give 4 stars....
