I've given them 4 chances to change my view but, they have failed. The staff is extremely lazy and slow moving, no smiles and very drab. I'm used to walking into a Jamba being greeted from behind the blenders with smiles music pumping and a fun emvironment. Not only myself but the many others in the store made similar comments. There was a group of business people heading out for our daily tasks and we waited about 15 minutes for our drinks... I ordered one small smoothie... 15 minutes seems ridiculous. The staff was wondering around and when I pointed out the poor service to the manager she tried to shh me and said "well we're trying" is that Jamba juices new standard...? "TRYING" I'll never go back.
