Typical slow, but delicious, Jamba. The girl working was really nice and made me an old recipe going off of memory even though it had been taken off the menu. I love that there's an Einsteins Bagels next door to even out your meal.

Almost worth driving to the sugar house location. These guys always take at least ten minutes. Even if you're the only one in the shop. The other locations can serve five customers answer the phone and still have your smoothie out in under 5.

Great products, but the staff is rude as hell! Especially Shay and the boy who thinks he is all that. When you are told "Not my problem" I'm sorry. The employees needs to learn manners and not be such asses!

The pruduct is good. Unfortunately it is exceedingly evident that the business has a poor outlook on happy employees. Turnover is high & fot the modt part the servers seem very unhappy to be there. If there were competition I would go elsewhere.

I used to love Jamba Juice, it was the only place I would stop to grab smoothie. Lately when I go, the staff is very slow at making the order. I have came at different times of day, different days of the week. And with the location being busy and not being busy. From placing my order to receiving it takes about 7 minutes. I don't know if there is a lack of training in the staff, or in the management process. I most likely will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Something that should be a quick grab turns into 7-10 minutes of waiting. In my experience, that's longer than fast food.
