Really slow service. Made an order online so that it would be faster to show up and get my smoothies before getting on the road. Got there 15 minutes after (it said it would be done in 10 so I gave it some extra time) and they still hadn't started my order. The location was also dirtier than other locations with some paint pealing off the walls. The employees never acknowledged anyone coming in. Very unfriendly and slow. I guess they were understaffed so not entirely on the employees. Perhaps management and owners should hire more people.

After waiting 15 minutes after my smoothies were supposed to be done I was told they couldn't make one of them. At this point I don't have time for them to process a refund on it and just want the other 2 smoothies so I can get going. You would think that they would tell me at the beginning and not 15 mins later. Terrible experience and will not be back. Hire more employees. Your employees shouldn't have to deal with this
