Habour Club is amazing, the hospitality is 100%, their facilities 100%, restuarants 100% and the free activities/ entertainment is a bonus.
Some little things I would have preferred diffrent in their pool policies and the annoying resort fee at the end the trip but beyond those things it is worth the money.

Lovely scenery, beautiful customer service.... Sadly Covid-19 prevented exploring this gem

This is the Vacation spot without a doubt, the quintessential place to stay on the Island. absolutely amazing, customer service, staff is great! Food is deliciously fresh daily! Housekeeping service is on prowl, nothing out of place, Concierge is on the job at all times! Ask for Rod!! He's your man

I visited last week, the hotel is well built and looks nice but lacks atmosphere, prefer coco palm to be honest. Too many staff who cant do the basics. I witnessed 3 chefs walking around the on their phones outside of the kitchen looking totally disinterested and bored of the job already. The food is average and totally over priced.

The hotel is lovely. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed the pool area.

Everyone was super nice! I even met the GM for the place and he was just as pleasant, we had a brief conversation. I also had breakfast here and it was fantastic, great spread of food and everything is fresh and delicious. A pity I took no photos, was just enjoying the moment.

The hotel is beautiful on the outside and the staff is amazing. The pool is gorgeous. The breakfast area was a bit congested and a bit disorganized. The food is okay; not very flavorful and a bit pricey. I could not find a switch to turn on an extractor fan in the shower; I don't think there is one. So after a shower, there was condensate all over the place and the room was pretty damp. There probably is a lack of maintenance; the mirror was a out to fall off the wall. Beautiful view in the morning and evening from the rooms on west side.

Great location...Had dinner and surprise surprise there was a bug on my table....the staff were very pleasant in dealing with the situation so it did not overshadow my experience...won't give more than 3 stars though

Elegant settings and close to public transportation

Unusual but lovely architecture and set up which blends nicely with the Marina right in front of it. Very welcoming and accommodating staff.

Good place to rest and relax. However, a little bit too close to the main road for my linking. Great pool and outdoor restaurant sitting, right on the water.

What an amazing resort, the staff are so friendly, prompt, and courteous! The rooms are super comfy, well decorated and technical!!! The rooms completely controlled by touch from any location! The pool is huge!!! Hot tub is awesome!!! And the boat shuttle to the beach is prefect!! You get a boat ride and a beach! I would recommend this to everyone!!!

The hotel is new and cozy. I had problems with the internet signal and they solved it. The hands of the windows in the room did not work. I recommend it!

Excellent staffs. Vernancia, Jeaneil and Joanna made my stay most enjoyable. I celebrated my 65 Birthday with two of my friends and they went all out to see that my birthday table was well decorated with balloons flowers etc.
I would definitely recommend Harbour Club for vacations, birthday celebrations and many other occasions.

Upscale and high tech hotel. Expected from the Hilton brand. Conference services are good. Love the Bvlgari soaps and conditioners. Clean room and the balcony view of Rodney Bay, the marina and Pigeon Island is amazing at sunset especially.
However the internet was shoddy and inconsistent. That's the only complaint.

Stayed at this hotel a week ago and I was amazed. The room we stayed in had a view to the bay. The pool was nothing short of amazing.

Modern amenities. Excellent staff. As a musician I have issues with their taste in music. I don t come to the Caribbean to hear modern hip- hop with annoying language. It would be better if the played a mix a reggae and jazz. They also need to hire an sound engineer for a day. The music in the dinning area was too loud. There is an excellent gym with a yoga studio. There is dance music in the gym and ambient music in the yoga studio. While doing yoga I was disturbed by the dance music. If they fix there music issues they can become an excellent St. Lucian resort.

Very clean, modern hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. However, more suited to leisure rather than business travellers as breakfast isn't served before 7 am and there is no business centre so any printing has to be requested from reception staff, which isn't convenient and can raise confidentiality issues.

Great place to stay in Rodney Bay. Pool area is amazing, staff very attentive (unless you are in the cabanas, they leave you alone)
5 pools, waterfall, lounge chairs in and out of the water, and a swim up bar.
Menus are currently going thru a refresh, and from what I ve seen... for the better. Thursday night live music starts by the pool at 7 with steel drums and ends up with a fun Caribbean band. $27EC cab ride to the Friday Street Party in Gross Islet- a must for a great evening out. Pizza oven by the pool gets a workout, and they are scrumptious.

Excellent hotel more like a business stay, professional staff,very friendly, amazing pool, lovely food, providing transfer to pigeon island beach with a restaurant, sunbathing chairs, towels and even a supply of water. We honestly spent a lovely time. Hotel 5-10 min away from a supermarket, restaurant, shopping Mall and a 5 min drive to Rodney Bay beach. I would say a car is essential,however, we spent lot of time in the pool with a snacks bar and cocktails bar. With a next door diving school, 15 min to the local Friday night street party, it makes this the perfect place to stay in. Had a great adventure with an amazing scenery driving around. Definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone for a business or holiday stay. One minus I miss hooks in bathroom for towels or bathrobes.

We had breakfast there and the food was delicious. The staff was superb, great ambience and the place was neat and very clean.

Get ready to $15 a day additional fee for having the opportunity to enjoy the hotel restaurant, walk its hallways, use the elevator, handle the receptionist your credit card, etc!

I did not stay, just went for lunch at Julia's. Been there many times and it's been getting worse each time. Last time was 01/01/2020, service was so bad, never got napkins, kept asking, food took almost an hour then burgers came with no condiments, drinks took forever, I've never seen anything like that in a restaurant. It was awful.will never return. The excuse was management had changed.

Harbor club is one of the best hotels I have been to in St. Lucia. Way better than some other places I have been to in the Carib. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful infinity pools, modern rooms and great food. Great view from almost anywhere on the property. The only drawback and it was kind of huge is the place has an ant problem. There were ants all over our bathroom, floor shower and even crawling up the walls. They were also on the patio deck of the restaurant an even by the side of the pool. Need to exterminate. Other than this, I would have given the place a 5 star rating.

Upscale and accessible dining and relaxing atmosphere. The most amazing pool experience i have had on the island.

Harbour Club gives new meaning to harbour living. Though there's no beachfront, guests can enjoy the stunning view of the Rodney Bay marina. Standard Hilton ammenities but here is a marina themed twist. The decor is a mix of refreshing Caribbean blues and coral tones... very relaxing!

Loved my swim up room and the customer service from everyone was perfect. Can t wait to return!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in April. The resort was not crowded at all while we were there which I loved. The food there was great for breakfast, which is included. We ate at positanos restaurant one night and it was unbelievable! It was literally the best meal experience I've had in my life. Great service, excellent tasting food and a great presentation. The view there was awesome too. The pools were warm and inviting. It is not near a beach but we are not beach people anyway. The one thing I think they could do better is advertising local things to do. We had to do some research on our own to find activities. Overall a great trip!

Couldn't get to the stay part. Been trying to call reservations but the line keeps ringing even when transferred by the operator .

I stayed at this lovely hotel with my family this past four days.
We had a lovely time.. Very clean surroundings and room.. We encountered friendly staff though I overhead some Americans talking amongst themselves about the staff being unfriendly!!!!!!... My only sour experience though was the lady who is at the egg station... She is sooooo soue she's gonna turn u off ur breakfast seriously.... Oh we did inform them of the fridge not working in the room which no one attended to.. But never mind that we had a good time and i want to big up the 7th Heaven teashop!!!! Exceptional staff with a special thanks to Sarah for the gi ger tea and huge thank you to the taxi driver Earl!!! Nice human being!!!
So a great big thank you to all and see u guys really soon...

Beautiful resort. Reasonably priced. Rather eco friendly. Great pool area. Rather large pool, well three separate pools to be exact. Recliners in the water, which was greatly appreciated. Swim up bar in the main area if the pool. Small cabana area with drink service included. Continental breakfast buffet included and was rather good food quality.
