Such a great place. The staff is attentive and goes out of their way to make your stay great. The breakfast has everything to start your day off right. The pools are designed to allow guests to have some privacy but allow families to be able to see everyone.
The ladies at the spa concentrate and providing the best service for you.
I would go back anytime. The food is amazing and prices and very reasonable, in some situations,inexpensive.

Staff members are professional and knowledgeable about their jobs and willing to go that extra mile to assist you and your family enjoy the purpose of the visit.

Beware!! Do not stay here. The Harbor Club will overcharge your credit card by thousands of dollars and make zero efforts to remedy the situation.

I am a Gold Hilton Honors member and spend tens of thousands of dollars a year at Hilton properties for both personal and business. Whenever I plan a work trip with colleagues, I make sure we all stay at a Hilton. This is no more. I am done.

This story is long but worth the read, so bear with me. I will be providing screen shots of every thing. In summary, do not stay here. They are dishonest, will steal your money, and then make excuses and never remedy the situation.

This trip was a nightmare beginning 2 weeks before my stay. Here is the breakdown of my timeline:

November 2018:
Booked trip via the Hilton Honors site using points plus money. All together when I booked the total came to about $1400 plus points.

March 1, 2019 :
Two and a half weeks before our stay, I go into the app to get some information on the hotel, only to find that someone at the Harbor Club has changed my reservation to a room that would be $3400 plus points!!!! When I emailed them to ask what happened, they blamed the Hilton system (you ll find the blame game is a trend in their operation and nobody at the Harbor Club takes any accountability for their failures) so I canceled that reservation and had to rebook our stay.

3/20 - 3/26
We stay at the Harbor Club for 6 nights. There are some bumps with the customer service during our stay (most employees look and act miserable), but overall it was adequate, albeit there is not much to do at the hotel itself. When we check out, the total came to $2130 with $1500 for the room and $630 in incidental charges.

3/27
The nightmare continues!!

I check my credit card online and see that they had 7 total transactions from the Harbor Club as follows:
- $1500
- $630
- $1500
- $630
- 300
- 255

For a grand total of just over $5000 charged to my card for a $2100 stay.

I am told by DEY MYERS that the refund will be processed by March 29th. It was not. I emailed asking for status and was completely ignored.

I had a trip to DC planned for that weekend with my college girlfriends that I had to cancel, not knowing when the bogus $3000 overcharge would be refunded.

As far as I am aware, they are not communicating with my credit card about the disputed transactions. These people have absolutely zero concern over fixing the issue.

So by April 5th, still being ignored after a mediocre vacation, a ruined girls weekend with my friends who I never see, and I STILL have not been offered any type of compensation.

FInally, I am offered 22,509 bonus points plus half off my next stay at the Harbor Club (hahahahah LIKE I WOULD EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!). They of course never came through with either offer.

It is now over two months since my return, and needless to say, the points have yet to be credited to my account. I have dozens of emails from several people in "management" at the Harbor Club, assuring me they have requested the points to be credited to my account. At this point, I expect this issue to never be resolved.

This resort is new, just over a year old. We had drinks at the pool Bar and the sunset was majestic, making it a great place to have sunset drinks and unwind.
Dinner was at Julia's the main restaurant. The food was great and the server (Jeanniel) stood out. He contributed significantly to making our experience great. He remembered our names throughout dinner, made great food suggestions and was very attentive (he's a keeper!) Chef Jean Mark visited our table during dinner and that added the cherry on top for us.

Brand new, Americanized hotel. Price is unbelievable for what you get. Great bang for your buck. The pizza is yum! This resort has air condition which is a super plus, being that other accommodations on St Lucia have no A/C.

One of the main reasons I stayed there was because it hosted a few nights of the annual Jazz Featival and it was so close to Rodney Bay and the street party. The place was probably only 10% filled so it was almost like we were the only ones there. The hotel was only a few months new and immaculate. My favorite part is the huge pools and loungers in the water! I only ate at Julias for dinner once as the other restaurants were out of our price range but the pizza smelled amazing and that s coming from a NYer! Only critique is that there isn t any WiFi on the 6th floor were we stayed and it took the water about 15 minutes to heat up the first 2 nights there. After that it heated up within a minute or two.

This Curio by Hilton is just something special in terms of accommodation. They are yet to get the cuisine especially the fish where it needs to be. Front office staff most accommodating. Pamela Nurse is a true credit to the hotel and goes the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.

We booked a 2 day stay in st lucia , upon our arrival to the hotel we booked the owners told us their hotel was fully booked The hotel was a 3 bedroom hotel, and in the quiet part of st lucia. My friend quickly got onto to the booking site and we were able to change and get another hotel which was The Harbor, right in the heart of st lucia, when we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady named Shannel. Who gave us a beautiful tour of the hotel, was very patient, even changed our room we had a lovely view.. staff great, rooms clean, breakfast very nice. Only one thing i can say , for a 3 star hotel it was over priced but i enjoyed my stay, would recommend this hotel ...

Hotel frame restaurant nice courteous and helpful staff BUT you just need to know before booking that it is better to love music and especially reggae which runs in a loop from 9am to 10pm in the evening! Personally I came to rest and I had a room on the ground floor with a swimming pool in front of the room, it's just hell. I had to pay "the private cabin" to be a little quiet. Solution offered at the reception "in the room you can't hear" .... which is true ... I was able to sleep peacefully at night! In summary if you want to rest not sure it is the right hotel. But if you like music on vacation go for it
