Enjoyed our short stay.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Came here just to have a buffet breakfast and it was very good. $18 us dollars for all you can eat in beautiful harbour side surroundings. Simply great

Price for food is too high for such an every day average lunch and dinner menu.

Excellent pizza and sushi, nice vibe and atmosphere, dinner and service was timely and excellent and the staff were attentive and pleasant. Definitely looking forward to stopping by again.

The service was slow but the staff were very attentive. I am visiting from Florida, the rain messed up the vibe,we had to eat inside and there was no live music. We had a great time.thank you, very beautiful location.

Clean, friendly staff, great food and the checking in was fast. The workers are very helpful. The hotel is located near alot of activities so that was a sure positive.

Authentic Italian preparation and presentation, but the men is limited and not at all inventive. The staff is efficient and helpful. The room is somewhat sterile with just a few tables, but it was not at all busy when we went. The view is quite nice. And they do offer good desserts.

Great hotel - accomodatitions new and sophisticated, multiple pools with beautiful views and pool bar, complimentary breakfast was delicious, restaurant was great for dinner too, helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle to Pigeon Island was great, they cover the entrance fee and provide you with towels, water, and chairs on the beach. Short walk or taxi ride into town.

Lovely view of the marina, very pleasant to dine and hang out by the bar. Modern. Nice Gym.

A calm and a friendly environment. Reception staffs are very courteous. Rooms are spacious and the property itself is very well maintained. Its a ideal place for Vacation and business meet. Lot of places nearby to visit. Pools are one of the best I have seen in terms of well maintained. Prices yes are a bit high, but yes services are at par..

Well....I moved from London 2 years ago. Owned several restaurants....I live on the island and know every decent restaurant in the viscinity....but the new chef team here deserve some huge Quodos....absolutely exceptional food.....great but modest variety....don't bother even looking at Cap Maison or Le sport ln th north. All inclusive tosh.require Decent food???....come here!

We spent 1 week at this hotel which has only been in existence for 2 years. All the staff are very welcoming, nothing to say about it. On the other hand we had a catastrophic room ... broken window that did not close. We had to ask the receptionist to send us someone to shut it down. The sliding closet has come apart several times, and hard to slide.
The prices are expensive, 25 Caribbean dollars if you want to go to the center of Rodnay, or 2 km max to go. By taxi co they take you 1.5 Caribbean dollars ... it's simply theft. We passed on our problems to the various receptionists up to the manager called Ginette and absolutely nothing was done. No commercial gesture, no room change ...
The service in the restaurant is slow, there is no organization ... it goes all over the place. They forgot several times to bring us our cocktails ... in short, for the price paid for this stay, the quality of the services remains questionable. We will not be returning to the harbor club. Everyone will have their own idea ...

Overall good experience. Ladies at the front desk gave top notch service esp Anya! Breakfast was ok - nothing fabulous! Best pizza ever !!!! The room was slightly disappointing, just was quite visible and it was obvious the room had been cleaned days before our arrival but not freshened up on the day of. I would highly recommend for people on business trips

The stay was not poor, but we never got there our flight was delayed 4-1/2 hours so we missed our connecting flight we booked through expedia. So we called at 9 am when we found out about delay and they reviewed it for 4 days then refused to give us a refund. so 346. for nothing
i would have given the room to someone on the island if i realized no refund. Will never book with this place again.

This hotel is amazing . Upon arrival you will feel the warmth of the locals when they greet you . They ensure that you are comfortable. The food is great also and the pool is luxury. The rooms are welcoming as well. I'll definitely go back. Now the reason why it's only 4 stars is because I couldn't have gone on the fourth floor but that's only because it was still under construction. I've been informed that the reason fortunately us because the hotel was recently opened six months ago and the fourth floor was the only floor rooms needed final touches .

Marjorie was working magic in the spa! Wendy at Julia's treated us like family. The pools are picturesque and very relaxing. New hotel, so the rooms and aesthetics are amazing. I want to stay another week! The staff moves at a slower pace than I was used to, but I am on vacation and need to slow down!

Awesome!!!! Greattt!!! Feels rejuvenating just sitting outside having some coffee icecream and some muffins. The lady who served us was really pleasant that alone gave us a great appetite to eat because you feel relax and comfortable No pressure. Really breathtaking. My daughter took me there its my first time at Harbour Club, just the place itself says it all. The flower gardens, the design, presentation top notch. I will be going back definitely.

The vet and vet techs here are wonderful! Every time I have been here with my fur baby for well visits and vaccinations, they have explained everything very well, and provided practical recommendations for anything he needed. Very reasonable pricing too.

Harbor Club is very accessible, no hassle staff and accommodating.

I rate 2 stars because it was my 50th birthday and I chose Harbor Club because everyone else chose Royaltan lol.
When I made my reservation a staff promised me a great night, and also told me all I needed to do was show up. it was nothing close to what I expected. NOTHING!
To make a long story short....we ate and left...
IT WAS MY 50TH!!!! I WAS PTOMISED A GREAT TIME OF IM TO QUOTE JONNEAL (I think)

and besides that....the table next to ours also was celebrating...
the staff sang HBD to them....asking us to sing along....lol hahaha YEP! and they never even wished me HBD .

I have been to Harbor Club on four occasions last year. The first was an impromptu visit and pizza dinner, the second was a Thursday night lime three weeks ago, a Friday night lime at the Sky Lounge last week and most recently, a day pass with friends.

Never have I been treated on par at a hotel as the tourists who grace our shores or other islands for that matter. Never were my friends and I not looked after just because we were locals. The hospitality of the staff is second to none. Not once did I observe staff being less than professional (gossiping, disrespect to each other, ignoring guests). Everyone was on their P's & Q's.

Other hotels can take a page from Harbor Club's Management & HR teams. I have never had a more wonderful experience at any other hotel that I have ever been to, whether local or abroad.

The main pool's temperature was quite cold by us locals' standards so we spent most of the time in the Jacuzzi instead, although it appeared to have an issue as the water, though warm, was not bubbling as expected.

The food and drink are quite pricy so be sure to read the prices properly (they are in US, not EC, plus VAT, which is also in US!) so come prepared. Other than that I can understand why. If it's a top-notch experience you are looking for, expect to pay the price to match this expectation!

I have just returned from a weekend birthday gift of a trip to St.lucia where we stayed at the Harbor Club. Oh what a weekend we were greeted by the handsome and pleasant and professional front desk agent Ron . We arrived early he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Ensured our room was ready and we were settled. This hotel we give 5 stars. The room was a mountain view oh what a sight. The room was magnificent and so is the hotel. Pools , jacuzzi the view of the marina with the mountains is priceless. Breakfast lived up and exceeded expectations. We took advantage of the complimentary water shuttle to Pigeon Island ably driven by Delon (hope we spelt the name right) he was so polite and professional when we got across delivery of service . . We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this magnificent hotel to the max. Will be back very soon and recommended the facility to all friends and family. Take a bow HARBOR CLUB

Weird. Didn't let us pay to use the gym. We were staying at an Air b and b down the road. Staff didn't quite understand commerce. Island style.

Staff unfriendly! Booked room with harbor view, view of pool. Although there were still free rooms, no exchange possible! Otherwise it is a very chic hotel with a nice pool area and pool bar. Room was not cleaned properly. (Hair in the bathroom and bed). There is also no relaxation here. Loud music runs continuously from 0830 to 2300 o'clock. Whether the music is African or Creole is difficult to distinguish. The pizza from the Steinoffen is sensational. A fine restaurant with plastic cups! Also, the operation is slow in coming (does not come at all). After the billing, they wanted to take 80 ECS (27 ) change. Breakfast in a restaurant overlooking the harbor is wonderful! A pool must be reserved and paid extra, if you want to enjoy a cozy sun bed. Everyone can enter the pool complex, including the restaurant. So you have to fight by the pool with residents and their children for a free beach chair. In the evening they are the loudest in the restaurant until it closes. All this only leads to two stars.

Sublime, beautiful place, very nice staff and small care. The only problem is that the music around the pool is lit from morning to night and that sounds great in the rooms, apart from the music the place is very quiet, although close to the road you can not hear the car . The meals are delicious, the breakfast very complete. In the top. 5min walk from the marina and 15 from the shopping center

Amazing hotel with beautiful rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Food at every restaurant is amazing but the sushi is to die for!!! Would recommend anyone in St. Lucia give this place a chance.

Pretty disappointing. We`re locals who regularly go to Harbor Club for the pizza. The service is usually generally slow and guaranteed always seem to forget about you. However, the pizza is good and the service though slow is very friendly. On a recent occasion after the Covid shutdown was lifted, the Harbor Club advertised a pizza special for its opening after quarantine. We decided to drive up from the south of the island only to discover that the place was completely closed. This was mid evening well before the kitchen would be closed. The hotel was completely dark. Terrible false advertising.

Beautiful Resort! Great staff and amazing pools and rooms. Highly recommend! They have a water taxis that takes you to the beach which is very close (for free). The boat ride is so fun. They have chairs and water setup for you on the beach. It really is amazing. The food is incredible.

Absolutely fantastically beautiful hotel. Infinity deck overlooking the quay. Infinity pools, pool bar. Top facilities and 5 star service.

This place exceeded my expectations! The place was very clean, nicely decorated, had all the conveniences and amenities you could need, and the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our stay perfect. It isn't on the beach but the pool makes up for that. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach or you can walk which is about 25 minutes.

There is a shuttle bus to pigeon Island beach but only 3 times a day.

We had an excellent stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting northern St. Lucia. Every single member of the staff that we met was friendly and incredibly helpful. We felt very well taken care of here and enjoyed meals at Julia s and 14 N. Both chefs greeted us and were so hospitable. The shuttle that takes us to pigeon Island was well organized and a perfect way to spend the day including providing chairs at the beach cold, water from coolers, and excellent communication about drop off and pick up times.

The pool is clean and service provided was excellent. We enjoyed chatting with other travelers in this relaxing environment. Beautiful marina views.
