First time using Jakprints was last week for our promo fliers for my company - everyone was so helpful, particularly Chris M, Kate M, and Bob - we provided the art for the fliers, and they were very accomodating. The price was very good, and you can't beat being able to drive down to their office and picking it up in person. They had shipping available, but it was more convenient for us to pick it up at the office. They even had the order ready a full day earlier than they projected. Jakprints is awesome!!
