I have to give 5 stars to Jakprints for stellar service as well as stellar customer support. I am in Alaska and found it difficult to even find a company that would ship to our rural site. No problem for Jakprints! I was a little apprehensive doing everything online and wondered whether the material I was ordering for our banners was what I hoped it would be. It was PERFECT. Service reps were wonderful in supporting our files and making sure we were happy with the outcome. Even when we had a bit of a mixup, customer service responded immediately and made everything right for us. I will definitely use the services of Jakprints again.
