Ashley Edmonson was our rep for a $5000.00 plus t-shirt order that was promised to us with a 2 week turnaround it took over 3 weeks to get the order we were told we could pick up the order on Friday we got their @ 2pm and the order was still on the press? Ashley was not any help at all with the order she was on vacation every other day or and never returned our calls, emails etc... in a timely manner. There was a time back in the day when they were a respectable and reputable company "the go to printer for all your needs"
WE WILL NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY AND HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU DON'T EITHER! The quality of their work is about a 3 out of 10 right now they nickel and dime you for everything wont even give you a proof unless the order is paid in full. then when you receive the merch and it looks nothing like the proof you are stuck with substandard quality t-shirts prints! I'm sure from reading all the 1 star reviews they are going to blow smoke up my rear they are sorry and blah, blah, blah. If they spent half the time paying someone to positively respond to all the negative reviews maybe things would be better!

They have an I don't care attitude about the orders so if your a little guy like me trying to survive and sell a quality high end product I suggest you look elsewhere for printing. I would not recommend this company to my enemies!
