We arrived at the dealership having a pretty good idea of what vehicle we wanted and what price we wanted to pay. Jay came up to us while we were looking and we explained what we were there for. We immediately felt comfortable with him. He was friendly and professional and ensured we found an option within the price point we shared. We had our kids with us as well and he offered multiple times different options to them to keep them fed, and happy. With any car purchasing experience, the process took a few hours. However, Jay and the rest of the team at this location were always checking in to make sure we were ok and giving us an update on the process. We really appreciated the attention they gave us and the transparency of the pricing. This is our third purchase through Jaguar Land Rover, but our first time at the Lynwood location.
