We stayed in a mountain view room at the lodge, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We ate at the bar and the food was good. I took off one star because the heated pool is maintained at 83 degrees, which is not heated enough for my kids to want to use the pool. The pool where they usually go for swim lessons is maintained at 88 to 90 degrees, which seems much more comfortable to them. And also because for south Asians, there isn't anything appealing on the menus of either of the three restaurants. I didn't see any other south Asians during our stay there, so I can understand why it wouldn't be practical to have food options designed for south Asians but when you are paying $500+ per night, it doesn't seem like a totally unreasonable expectation.

J1 EXCHANGE VISA WARNING. The people that run this place are old fashioned and racist, they will pretend their not but they are. Consider it as a last resort when you are stranded and looking for work on a J1 visa because they provide cheap beds. Cities provide a better multi-cultural experience buts it's difficult to find work . They will not consider your education when hiring you here. If your African I would recommend you stay home start a business, farm, work and visit NYC for a genuine vacation. Consider this program if your faced with extreme poverty, have little education, or if you are poor and have a civil war in your country. Unfortunately opportunities are still very limited for blacks in America.

Room was sufficient if not ample for the price. Lodge itself is very impressive with an amazing view. The diner-like restaurant was OK, but had very limited vegetarian options. Pool is great, though the poolside BBQ has zero vegetarian options.

When visiting the Grand Teton National Park you have to stop at the Jackson Lake Lodge take some time go up the stairs inside the lodge to the Grand room sit down and view some of the best views of the Grand Tetons out their big windows that they have at the lodge. Then go outside and sit on the patio for a while and you just might hear some elk in the distance.

We stayed at the Jackson Lake Lodge in September 2018 and took the Snake River raft with Gino Price being our van driver and Jay Evans our raft guide. Both of these men did an exceptional job and ensured a wonderful experience. Jay is very knowledgeable about the river and surroundings and kept us entertained with information and some humor. Very nice experience. They both went out of their way to help a rider that became ill and needed assistance to the van and to the room on return to shore. We were fortunate to have two very exceptional and caring individuals.

We didn't stay at the hotel but we had dinner at one of the restaurants there - Pioneer Grill. The staffs were friendly. The food was very good. We had the Thai Chicken Wrap and the Smoked Trout Chowder Soup. I would suggest to get a bowl of the soup instead of the cup. For $1 more, you get a lot more soup.

Haven't stayed here, but have passed through many times over the years while visiting Grand Teton National Park. It's by far the most crowded accommodation in the park, for whatever that's worth. Parking doesn't seem to be a tremendous problem, but I can imagine it would be. The restaurant situation is actually quite good for a National Park lodge, and the staff have always been very nice.

We cannot speak highly enough of our stay at Jackson Lake Lodge. The historic building has a huge window display of Mount Moran and with three menus to choose from, we could eat outside, or at the buffet, or at the long winding 1940s counter.
Something special to note is that the night manager Melinda made us a special favor to help us out, the kind of thing we only would have expected from family. Thank you Melinda.
The staff all seemed genuinely delighted to be situated in heaven on earth.

I've never stayed there but every time I go up into that area I go in it's a beautiful Lodge and lot of times you get out there they have a great big deck and you can sit out there and watch a little moose a lot cuz it's right there such a metal right there and swampy area where moose like I've seen some great moose in there is a beautiful place to go just gets a little crowded at certain times of the year but other than that I'd recommend at least go in and have some lunch and see what it is it's beautiful area and it's a beautiful

We visited the Lodge for lunch on our way through the park. Ate at the "diner". Benjamin was an affable and enthusiastic server. Food was excellent except the happily anticipated hand cut fries were a bit hard and less than fresh. Prices were reflective of limited choice inside the park.

We were here for a wedding. The view alone gets this place 5 stars! It is incredible and was the perfect backdrop to the beautiful couple. We wished that we could have explored the rest of the hotel.

Best service and super friendly. THE VIEWS! Can't say enough a must place to stay . We had a condo that was about 350/400.00 a night . So worth it, you only live once , what's one night ? The memories I've taken , and pictures I've shared so worth it !

We had ants in our room and our showers were dirty with mildew/mold even though it was close to $400 a night . We booked seven rooms for a family reunion and they've nickel and dimed us . The swim pool was shut down most the time we were there because to much chlorine in the water. Then, they tried to over charge us extra for wine we didn't have and a park hotel donation on top of that. Rip off!

Love the stay and the food. Beautiful views, but I gave this place a 2 because they tried multiple times to add charges to our account. When we tried to fix the charges, they told us to call them after our account had been charged and we were sent the final bill in the mail. Not sure why they didn't allow us to fix it in person. If that didn't happen to us, I would have given it a 4 (5 being Amazing). Hopefully this doesn't happen to you if you choose to stay here.

You can't beat the location but... The thermostat or a heating unit didn't work in my room, outdated interior, the key had some issues opening up the room's door. The staff were attentive and friendly, which helped the situation
