It's hard to chose which one I like better between jackpot junction and prairie's edge they are both really great casinos with exceptional staff and great atmosphere

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN! Literally discriminated against for being gay and wasn't allowed to carry a louis bosphore backpack that was half the size of some of these girls purses, he even asked to see the contents and I opened it and showed him everything. Still told me no.

We had a okay time. Only some kid threw up in the pool so we had to go to the arcade if you can call it that. Same kid who threw up wad back in the pool the next morning still sick!

The only thing I didn't like it's that even though the rooms are no smoking, having smoking in the casino and smoking rooms means there's smoke everywhere

No microwave or refrigerator in rooms. Expensive buffet and the food at the buffet was mediocre to say it kindly...except on Sunday brunch which was actually good. Game room for kids both token machines were broken so kids couldnt play any games.

Dealers we're nice, however they made several mistakes which resulted in taking chips back after they had alaready given them.

Twice now I've gone 40 miles one way to use my free play only to find it gone along with my card wiped.

Clean reasonable price...got loud a few times at night...but all in all was a very nice room

Birthday special and drink! More tables could have been opened. We waited almost 45 minutes to play Blackjack.

We were not happy with how our room was cleaned!!!!!! 3 hairs in the bathtub, indicating it had not been cleaned. Ughhh! Plus the bedspread was all wrinkled. Looked like someone had slept on it. The buffet? And restaurant combined is not working. Very few people were in there to dine. Not a lot there! Can't believe it's the only eatery and very poor food at best. Room was quiet. Slots very tight.

It's a very very mellow Casino don't come early because you can't get into the rooms till 4 so bring lots of money and other things to help make you comfortable while you wait.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, had good meal even better nights sleep. Will do this again!

It was nice. Had a fairly decent buffet and lots of slot machines to choose from.

My son got stopped by security at 11pm after he went to the car to get something we forgot. Security wouldn't let him go to the room after he told him the room number. Made him leave and go outside

Went here with my gf yesterday morning, and place seemed great, not too crowded, great friendly staff but as the time went by and our pockets grew empty and more empty, we decided never to come back!!! 2 1/2 hour drive to not even get a bonus on not one slot was so disappointing.

Stayed at campground ,if you could call it that. No on-site staff, locals racing quadrunners around parking lots and perimeter of campground. No firewood for fire rings. Noisey because you are close to main casino air handling systems. And the lights were same as they were in the parking lot. Site we were assigned was dirty full of cigarette butts and mud from last campers. Casino itself is decent, hotel as well. But pass on campground.

I Always have such a great time gambling at this Casio.

The hotel rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable. Although the building is not 100% smoke free, unlike other casinos Jackpot Junction only allows smoking in the gaming floor and in designated hotel rooms; at other casinos there is a thick cloud of smoke hanging EVERYWHERE.

8 at the restaurant there took forever to get our food wasn't what I ordered.
The slot games are so rigged it ain't even funny when you get free spins it should give you free spins but it wouldn't and when I called an attendant over they just dismissed me saying that I didn't pay enough money to get the free spins. 2 * and I was dismissed even though I point it out to them the rules that were right in front of me and everyone else to see.
I would never suggest anybody to go to this casino they will just rip you off and smile at you.

i went to the players club bar for a meal could not get waited on i went up to bar and got my own menu still couldnt get waited on after 20 minutes then i threw the menu on the floor and walked out very lazy waitress hardly anybody was in the bar

It was fun I walked out with a belly full and a pocket full I was a happy gal.

Nice casino, hard to catch any decent payouts but for a fun few hours it's always a fun stop.

The rooms are nice and the staff is all amazing. We ate at the restaurant and the people were are very nice. The girls at the rewards center very nice and helpful. Had a great time

My problem was last night & only at the circle bar, I gave the bartender guy a $10 bill for 2 tap beers which i got the beers, but I never got the change and then went on break. I should have recieved $2 in change like the time i ordered before, I felt he was being dishonest and kept the change, that is what bugs me the most. The rest of the place and our stay was awesome.

This is my third time coming with your bus service from Le Mars. Love it! Very clean and food is wonderful! Nice 2 day stay!

The smoke was horrible, they no longer have a non-smoking area. Filter system they claim to have installed is not worth a dime. Will not be going back till we get our non-smoking area back

The front desk staff was friendly but a little unorganized. They did get a problem fixed and taken care, just not timely. Food at the hotel was not good.

Best experience at a casino ever loved the service food

Attended an annual social event. As always, the food and staff were exceptional. Minor issues with our hotel room were fixed within minutes.
