The rooms are typically priced well or they have some sort of promotion going on and the rooms are discounted, so it's definitely affordable. The bathrooms inside the hotel rooms are nice because the toilet and shower are separate from the vanity and sink area. However, the lighting in the area with the shower is awful, it's way too dark, better lighting would make a huge difference and be a great improvement.

Super clean and friendly! We stayed at the hotel and gambled at the casino. I can't say enough good about this place. They made us feel extremely secure with lots of proper protocol for the virus. And they are VERY dog-friendly. They had a dog bed on the floor, a bowl for food, and a bottle of water in the doggy dish they had for the dog. Wonderful stay! Highly recommended.

We stay every year. I lost $100 from my wallet that was in my suit case. The alarm clock went off at 4 am. This year my room was barely cleaned. The coffee pot was dirty when we checked in so I had to clean it to use it and since we were there for 4 days I was responsible for cleaning it every day. No vacuuming was done at all, trash cans were emptied but that was as far as that went there wasn't anything else done. When I made the reservation in September of last year the Web site said $95 a night and at check in it had jumped to $115 with 2 different room taxes per night which I fail to understand. We have always loved staying here but seriously questioning if it's going to be worthwhile.

No hot water the first night. They did switch us to another room in the morning to address the issue. Some staff were rude. No cell reception in the restaurant. Coupons for $10 off did offset some inconvenience.

Cleaning is horrible so is the food part. Management needs to realy bring up that casino back to the old ways. It was so inviting and comfortable when it had the upstairs and all. Now M it's just so boring and loose money faster than putting the money in.

I've been coming to Jackpot over the last 7 years, racking up several nights in the hotel, and many meals at the hotel restaurants. This most recent stay was subpar to say the least. The service in the restaurants was mediocre, although the food was still of great quality. The rooms now leave much to be desired. My tub would not drain properly, and despite repeated requests for maintenance to deal with this issue, it was not addressed during my stay. Also, the television and all of the lamps are on one light switch, so you have to turn everything off manually if you would like to use any one thing independently of the others. At one point during my stay, all of my room keys became disabled, creating yet another inconvenience. Regular maintenance does not seem to be performed anymore, as the elevators look horribly abused. The pillows and other linens are showing their age, and the shower head was pulling out of the wall. Overall, if it were not the only hotel in the area, I would not return for future stays. If one were to open a quality hotel just down the road, I guarantee they could make a killing, as Jackpot is no longer worth the money.

They have really scaled back at their hotel. They no longer provide plastic bags for dirty clothes, no shampoo or conditioner, and only the one small bar of soap. Plus our sink didn't drain and after housekeeping had been there, the sink was disgusting and covered in dirt and scum. And my toothbrush had ashes on it. And the maid must have accidentally set the alarm, as it went off at 6:00 a.m.!!

We always have a great time going to Jackpot Junction. The gaming is fun, the food is excellent, and the entertainment is pretty good also. We always do the buffet when we visit, and have never been let down yet. Also seems like the slots are a little looser at this casino, compared to Grand Casino in Mille lacs or Hinckley.

Rooms were decent and clean. Our reservations were messed up but got figured out. My key card quick working but they fixed it very promptly. All the blackjack dealers were very nice and helpful. Overall a decent place.
